Job Summary:
The SayPro Quarterly Classified Content Management – Content Updates Specialist is responsible for editing and updating outdated classified listings within SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 SayPro Quarterly Classified Content Management. This role ensures that all classified ads remain accurate, relevant, and up-to-date by identifying and removing expired listings while maintaining the overall quality and effectiveness of SayPro’s classified platform.
The Specialist will work closely with the SayPro Classified Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to streamline classified content, enhance user engagement, and ensure a seamless experience for customers utilizing SayPro’s classified services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Classified Content Updates & Edits:
- Review existing classified listings quarterly to identify outdated or irrelevant content.
- Update classified ads with accurate information, including contact details, pricing, descriptions, and other essential details.
- Remove expired classified ads that no longer serve users, ensuring a clutter-free browsing experience.
- Verify and cross-check classified information for consistency and correctness.
2. Expired Listings Management:
- Conduct regular audits to track and document expired or inactive listings.
- Develop a process for notifying users about expiring ads and offer renewal options.
- Ensure expired classified ads are archived or removed from the system according to company guidelines.
3. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure that all classified content meets SayPro’s quality standards and guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with SayPro’s classified ad policies, preventing prohibited content from being published.
- Check formatting, spelling, and grammar to maintain a professional appearance across all listings.
4. Coordination with SayPro Classified Office & SCMR:
- Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to implement updates effectively.
- Provide reports and insights on classified listing performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Support marketing initiatives related to classified content updates and ensure that new listings align with promotional strategies.
5. Technical & CMS Updates:
- Work within the SayPro Classified Content Management System (CMS) to edit, update, and delete classified ads.
- Troubleshoot minor content-related issues within the platform and escalate technical concerns to the appropriate IT team.
- Ensure smooth functionality and usability of classified listings on the SayPro platform.
6. User Engagement & Support:
- Assist users with inquiries related to classified content updates, edits, or renewals.
- Provide guidance on how to post, update, or remove their classified ads effectively.
- Collect feedback from users regarding classified content and suggest improvements to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timeliness of Updates: Ensure that classified content updates are completed within quarterly deadlines.
- Accuracy Rate: Maintain a 98% accuracy rate in edited or updated listings.
- Expired Listing Removal Rate: Ensure 100% removal of expired classified ads within the designated time frame.
- User Satisfaction Score: Gather user feedback and maintain a satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
- CMS Efficiency: Improve classified content management system efficiency by implementing best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content management, classified listings management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or other classified platforms.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in data entry, content auditing, and digital content optimization.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and online advertising trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in classified ad platforms or online marketplaces.
- Familiarity with SayPro Classified Management Systems.
- Knowledge of social media marketing related to classified ad promotions.
