1. Job Summary
The SayPro Quarterly Classified Content Management – Monitor Performance role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of classified content posted on SayPro platforms. This role focuses on evaluating user engagement metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), impressions, conversions, and bounce rates, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. The position plays a key role in ensuring classified content meets performance expectations, aligns with marketing goals, and enhances user experience.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Performance Monitoring and Analytics
- Track and analyze classified content performance across SayPro platforms, including CTR, user engagement, traffic sources, and conversion rates.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports on classified ad performance, identifying trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize Google Analytics, heatmaps, and other tracking tools to monitor classified content effectiveness.
- Assess the effectiveness of different ad placements, categories, and formats based on performance data.
B. Reporting and Data Interpretation
- Create detailed performance dashboards and reports for management and marketing teams.
- Compare classified content performance against industry benchmarks and competitors to identify competitive advantages.
- Prepare quarterly trend analysis reports for SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the SayPro Classified Office to identify underperforming categories and suggest improvements.
C. Optimization and Improvement Strategies
- Recommend A/B testing strategies to enhance engagement and optimize classified content.
- Work with content creators to improve ad copy, images, and targeting strategies based on analytical insights.
- Identify high-performing keywords and metadata that can improve classified ad visibility and user interaction.
- Suggest improvements to classified ad placement, category organization, and search filters to maximize engagement.
D. Compliance and Quality Control
- Ensure classified ads adhere to SayPro policies and guidelines while maintaining high content quality.
- Monitor for spam, duplicate listings, or policy violations and report irregularities to the SayPro Classified Office.
- Verify the accuracy of classified content performance reports before submission to stakeholders.
E. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to align classified ad performance with marketing campaigns.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to content creators, designers, and IT teams for performance improvements.
- Participate in quarterly performance review meetings to discuss trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Support the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team in strategic planning based on classified content performance.
3. Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content performance tracking, digital marketing, or classified content management.
- Experience working with classified ad platforms, digital marketing analytics, or user engagement tracking.
- Familiarity with SEO strategies, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools.
4. Key Competencies & Skills
Technical Skills:
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising performance metrics, and user engagement optimization.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, CTR optimization, and user behavior analysis.
