Job Summary:
The SayPro Quarterly Classified Content Management Collaborator will work closely with the SayPro marketing and design teams to ensure that classified content is presented in the most user-friendly, engaging, and visually appealing manner. This role focuses on content curation, formatting, quality control, and strategic placement to enhance SayPro’s classified listings across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong content management skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure that SayPro’s classified content aligns with marketing and branding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Classified Content Collaboration & Curation
    Work with the SayPro Classified Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR) teams to curate, structure, and optimize classified content.
    Ensure all classified content aligns with SayPro’s brand identity, SEO strategy, and audience engagement goals.
    Review and approve classified ad submissions based on relevance, accuracy, and compliance with SayPro guidelines.
  2. Content Presentation & User Experience Enhancement
    Collaborate with designers and UI/UX specialists to ensure classified content is presented in an aesthetically pleasing, accessible, and mobile-friendly format.
    Assist in developing visual layouts, graphics, and templates for classified sections.
    Ensure classified listings are categorized and structured to maximize user engagement and ease of navigation.
  3. Quality Control & Optimization
    Conduct regular content audits to ensure classified ads are up-to-date, error-free, and aligned with SayPro’s quarterly marketing strategy.
    Optimize classified content using SEO best practices, keywords, and metadata to improve search visibility.
    Identify and resolve formatting, display, or engagement issues with classified listings.
  4. Cross-Department Coordination & Communication
    Work closely with the marketing team to integrate classified content into SayPro’s campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
    Coordinate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of classified content into SayPro’s platforms.
    Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align classified content with revenue-generating opportunities.
  5. Reporting & Performance Analysis
    Track and analyze classified content performance using SayPro’s analytics tools.
    Provide quarterly reports on user engagement, classified ad performance, and areas for improvement.
    Recommend enhancements and innovations to improve SayPro’s classified content strategy.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    Essential:
    Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Content Management, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
    Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS), digital marketing, and classified ad platforms.
    Experience in SEO, UX/UI principles, and digital content presentation.
    Ability to edit, proofread, and format content for clarity, readability, and engagement.
    Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software).
    Preferred:
    Experience working with classifieds, online marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms.
    Knowledge of SayPro’s classified ad categories, audience demographics, and digital engagement trends.
    Familiarity with social media marketing and content distribution strategies.
