1. Job Summary
The SayPro Quarterly Classified Content Management Quality Control Officer is responsible for implementing a robust system to monitor, report, and resolve classified content issues within the SayPro platform. The officer will oversee the quality control of classified listings, ensuring compliance with SayPro’s content guidelines and community standards. The role focuses on identifying and addressing fake ads, inappropriate material, and poor-quality listings through a structured review and reporting process.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Quality Control & Compliance Monitoring
- Develop and implement a Quarterly Classified Content Quality Control System to monitor and evaluate classified ad submissions.
- Ensure compliance with SayPro’s classified content policies, industry best practices, and legal requirements.
- Review classified ads for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to SayPro’s content standards.
- Detect and flag fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate ads, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
- Monitor user-reported issues related to classified ads and verify the validity of complaints.
B. Issue Reporting & Resolution System
- Establish a structured system for reporting and resolving classified content issues on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain a classified content quality report detailing flagged ads, resolution actions, and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with the SayPro Classified Office to remove or modify non-compliant ads and prevent repeated violations.
- Work with technical teams to implement automated content moderation tools where applicable.
C. Fake Ads & Inappropriate Content Management
- Identify fake ads through thorough screening, user feedback analysis, and pattern recognition methods.
- Investigate and verify user complaints about spam, scams, or misleading advertisements.
- Take corrective actions such as warning, suspending, or banning repeat violators.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to prevent fraudulent ad postings and unauthorized activities.
D. Performance Metrics & Reporting
- Generate quarterly quality control reports, tracking the number of:
