Job Summary:
The Classified Ad Moderator is responsible for ensuring that all classified ads submitted by users adhere to SayProβs guidelines. This includes reviewing, approving, rejecting, or flagging ads based on their content, quality, and relevance. The moderator plays a crucial role
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Reviewing and Approving Ads
β Content Screening:
- Check all submitted classified ads for adherence to SayProβs content guidelines.
- Ensure that ads do not contain prohibited content, including illegal products, hate speech, scams, or misleading claims.
β Quality and Formatting Review:
- Verify that ads are well-written, clear, and formatted correctly.
- Ensure that images are appropriate, high-quality, and not misleading.
- Check for spelling errors, grammar issues, and clarity before approval.
β Relevance and Categorization:
- Confirm that ads are placed in the correct category (e.g., jobs, real estate, services, etc.).
- Ensure that the description matches the ad title and is relevant to the category selected.
β Policy Compliance:
- Cross-check ads against SayProβs advertising policies from the SayPro Quarterly Classified Security and Data Protection Management guide.
- Flag or reject ads that violate legal, ethical, or operational guidelines.
