Position Title:

Ad Performance Monitoring Specialist

Job Overview:

The Ad Performance Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for tracking and analyzing ad engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and performance of classified ads. This role ensures that all ads meet performance goals, improve user engagement, and provide insightful data to optimize future advertising strategies. The role aligns with SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 SayPro Quarterly Classified Security and Data Protection Management, as managed by the SayPro Classified Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Track Ad Engagement Metrics

๐Ÿ”น Monitor Views, Clicks, and Inquiries:

  • Track the number of views, clicks, and inquiries generated by each classified ad.
  • Use ad management software and platforms to monitor these metrics in real-time.
  • Ensure all relevant metrics are being captured and reported accurately.

๐Ÿ”น Analyze Audience Interaction:

  • Analyze how users are interacting with ads, identifying patterns in user behavior (e.g., where clicks are coming from, which ads generate the most inquiries).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or internal ad tracking systems to gather data.
  • Look for trends that indicate the success or failure of an ad campaign.

  • Measure ad performance across different platforms, such as website listings, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Identify which platforms are generating the most engagement and report findings to the marketing team for adjustments.

2. Monitor Ad Conversion Rates

  • Establish key conversion goals such as inquiries, sales, or sign-ups for each classified ad.
  • Calculate conversion rates and identify which ads are delivering the highest ROI (return on investment).
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking for each ad to ensure accurate reporting of success metrics.

3. Generate Reports and Insights

  • Create detailed performance reports, summarizing the metrics for each ad, including views, clicks, inquiries, conversions, and overall engagement.
  • Provide insights into which ads are performing well and which ones need adjustments.
  • Present ad performance reports to the SayPro Classified Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR for strategic decision-making.

4. Ensure Data Security and Compliance

  • Monitor all ad engagement data to ensure it aligns with SayProโ€™s Quarterly Classified Security and Data Protection Management.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies such as GDPR and other regional regulations concerning the collection and storage of engagement data.
  • Work closely with the SayPro Classified Office to ensure that user data is handled securely.

  • Ensure that the ad management tools and platforms used for tracking are securely configured to protect engagement data.
  • Review and update access controls for advertising data to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Continuous Monitoring and Optimization

  • Continuously monitor ad performance in real-time, making adjustments if necessary to optimize performance.
  • Track live engagement metrics and respond promptly to significant changes in performance, such as drops in clicks or inquiries.

  • Work closely with content, creative, and campaign managers to suggest ad optimizations based on performance insights.
  • Help refine ad strategies and targeting to improve results across various campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required Skills:

๐Ÿ”น Proficiency in ad tracking tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
