Job Summary:

The Classified Ad Performance Analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of classified advertisements. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clicks, inquiries, and conversions. The role requires generating detailed reports and recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of classified ads while ensuring compliance with SayPro Quarterly Classified Security and Data Protection Management standards.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Tracking Ad Performance

  • Track the number of views, clicks, and impressions for each classified ad.
  • Measure audience engagement by analyzing user interactions and behavior.

  • Track the percentage of inquiries that convert into actual transactions (sales, subscriptions, or sign-ups).

  • Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or internal SayPro tools) to collect performance data.
  • Implement UTM tracking codes to analyze referral traffic sources.

  • Monitor ad engagement trends over different time periods (daily, weekly, monthly).
