Target 4: Monthly Reporting on Search & Filter Metrics

Objective:

The goal is to generate detailed monthly reports on search and filter performance across SayPro platforms. These reports will focus on user engagement, search accuracy, and feedback from the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 and the SayPro Quarterly Classified Ad Filters and Search Management initiative. The SayPro Classified Office, under the oversight of SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR, will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting these insights to enhance platform efficiency and user experience.


Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Deliverables

1. Search & Filter Performance Analysis

  • Measure the effectiveness of search and filter tools used in SayPro’s classified ads platform.
  • Track how frequently users utilize filters and the success rate of searches.
  • Identify the most commonly used filters and search queries.
  • Assess how well search results match user intent (search accuracy).

2. Engagement Metrics Reporting

  • Monitor user engagement levels, such as:
    • Number of searches conducted per session.
    • Time spent on results pages after a search.
    • Click-through rates from search results to ad listings.
    • Bounce rates from search results pages.
  • Compare engagement trends month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter.

3. Feedback Collection & Accuracy Assessment

  • Gather direct user feedback on search and filter effectiveness via surveys and support inquiries.
  • Identify complaints or frequent issues related to search relevance and filtering.
  • Evaluate how well the system prioritizes relevant results vs. displaying irrelevant or outdated listings.

4. Optimization & Improvement Strategies

  • Recommend improvements for search algorithms based on performance data.
  • Suggest modifications to filter categories to better align with user needs.
  • Work with the SayPro Development and IT teams to enhance search indexing and ranking logic.
  • Conduct A/B testing on search result layouts and filter functions to improve engagement.

5. Monthly Report Compilation & Presentation

  • Generate a structured Monthly Search & Filter Performance Report, including:
    • Data insights, engagement trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Key recommendations for the upcoming months.
    • Comparisons with previous performance reports.
    • Actionable insights for SayPro Classified Office & Marketing Royalty SCMR.
  • Present findings during SayPro Monthly and Quarterly Review Meetings.

Execution & Responsibilities

Team Involvement:

  • SayPro Classified Office: Data collection, report preparation, and analysis.
  • SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR: Review, strategic decision-making, and implementation of improvements.
  • IT & Development Teams: Technical support for search optimization and testing.

Reporting Timeline:

  • Monthly Reports: Delivered by the 5th of each month for internal review.
  • Quarterly Report Compilation: Merging monthly insights into a Quarterly Performance Summary.
