As a participant in SayPro’s Monthly SCMR-5 initiative under the SayPro Monthly Classified Map Integration project, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the functionality and usability of classified maps. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and provide insights from user feedback related to the integration of maps for visualizing ad locations. This will help ensure that the SayPro Classified Office, under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR, delivers an optimized and user-friendly classified ads platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect User Feedback on Map Usability

• Engage with users to understand their experience with the integrated map feature.
• Design and distribute surveys, feedback forms, and usability tests.
• Conduct interviews and discussions with classified ad users to gather qualitative insights.
• Monitor social media, forums, and customer support channels for user comments and concerns about map functionality.

2. Analyze Feedback for Insights

• Categorize feedback into key themes, such as navigation issues, loading speed, accuracy of locations, or mobile-friendliness.
• Use data analytics tools to quantify common user concerns and trends.
• Compare feedback over multiple months to track improvements or recurring issues.

3. Report Findings to SayPro Classified Office
