Task Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Categorization of New Listings:
    • Review New Listings: Ensure that all newly submitted classified ads are categorized under the correct categories. This includes checking the ad titles, descriptions, and tags to verify accuracy.
    • Classify According to Categories: Place each ad in the relevant section of the directory (e.g., Apparel & Jewelry, Real Estate, Announcements, Services, etc.). Verify that any special categories or subcategories are appropriately utilized.
    • Ensure Consistency in Category Usage: Standardize the use of categories for easy user navigation. This may include creating or updating subcategories if necessary.
  2. SEO Optimization of New Listings:
    • Optimize Titles for SEO: Ensure that the titles of the classified listings are clear, descriptive, and include relevant keywords that users may search for.
    • Optimize Descriptions: Edit the descriptions to ensure they include key SEO terms, keywords, and location-based search phrases. Avoid keyword stuffing, and ensure the description reads naturally while targeting optimal SEO terms.
