Position Title: Behavioral Analyst – SayPro Classified Ads

Job Overview: The Behavioral Analyst at SayPro will play a critical role in tracking and analyzing user behavior across the classified ads section of the SayPro platform. This position focuses on the examination of user interactions, session times, and ad engagements to derive actionable insights that will inform marketing strategies, improve user experience, and enhance ad performance. You will leverage analytical tools to provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the classifieds section and contribute to the ongoing success of SayPro’s Classified Marketing and User Engagement strategies under the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 and SayPro Monthly Classified User Insights initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Behavior Tracking and Analysis:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or in-house platforms) to track user interactions across the classified ads section.
- Analyze metrics such as session duration, bounce rates, page views, user paths, and click-through rates to understand how users are engaging with classified ads.
- Identify trends in ad engagement patterns, including most viewed, most interacted, and most clicked categories of classified ads.
- Focus on user demographic breakdowns, including location, device type, and behavior segments to identify preferences and behaviors.
- Data Collection and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain detailed reports based on monthly, weekly, and daily data tracking for SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 and SayPro Monthly Classified User Insights.
- Provide timely updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, session times, conversion rates, and return visits.
- Identify key drivers of user activity and ad engagement and report findings to the classified marketing team.
- Behavioral Insights and Recommendations:
- Generate actionable insights based on the data analysis of user behavior, helping to identify opportunities for improving user engagement with ads.
- Propose adjustments to the ad placement, content, and user interface to increase interaction, session times, and overall engagement.
- Provide insights to optimize ad targeting, based on user interactions, session time analysis, and engagement trends.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with the classified ads marketing team, product development, and user experience teams to align findings with the goals of SayPro’s marketing campaigns and user engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to understand how ad content impacts user behavior and offer data-driven suggestions for content optimization.
- Ad Performance Optimization:
- Monitor the effectiveness of new ad formats, designs, and placements through A/B testing and analysis of user interactions.
- Provide continuous support to the product and development teams by sharing user behavior trends that may influence future product enhancements or new feature launches in the classifieds section.
- User Journey Mapping:
- Create and analyze user journey maps to gain insights into how users navigate the classified ads platform, identifying pain points, drop-off points, and areas where users engage more effectively.
- Assess user experience and provide recommendations on ways to optimize the classified ads journey for better engagement and higher retention.
- Trend Spotting and Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze trends in classified ad engagement, comparing SayPro’s performance against industry benchmarks and competitors’ platforms.
- Continuously track how market shifts and changing user behaviors impact the classified ad landscape, and report on these shifts as they relate to the broader market.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years in digital analytics or behavioral analysis, preferably in e-commerce, online classifieds, or digital marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other relevant analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of key digital marketing metrics and user behavior patterns.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and user testing practices.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of digital marketing and online advertising practices, especially in the context of classifieds.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

- As part of SayPro’s ongoing Monthly January SCMR-5 initiative, the Behavioral Analyst will contribute to the SayPro Monthly Classified User Insights report. This report aims to provide a deeper understanding of how users interact with the classified ads section and allows the company to make informed decisions for improving user engagement and ad performance.
- The Behavioral Analyst will also play a key role in helping to align the user insights data with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR, ensuring that the findings directly support SayPro’s overall marketing strategies and objectives for classified ads promotion.
