Job Overview:

The purpose of this role is to measure and report on the impact of recent changes made to improve the mobile user experience for SayPro Classified. Specifically, the role will focus on evaluating the effectiveness of touch-friendly interfaces on mobile platforms. This will involve tracking key performance metrics such as mobile user retention, bounce rates, and conversion rates to assess how well the new touchscreen features are contributing to user engagement and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Impact Measurement:
    • Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the impact of changes made to improve touchscreen usability for mobile users.
    • Analyze mobile user retention to determine how the new changes have affected the number of returning users.
    • Monitor bounce rates to see if improvements have resulted in fewer users leaving the site immediately after landing.
    • Track conversion rates from mobile users, especially focusing on how the improved touchscreen interfaces contribute to higher conversions in terms of ad submissions, purchases, or other key actions.
  2. Data Collection & Analysis:
    • Use analytics tools to gather data related to mobile usage, retention, bounce rates, and conversion rates.
    • Ensure data is segmented by mobile platforms (e.g., iOS vs. Android) to provide deeper insights into specific user behaviors.
    • Identify trends or patterns in the data that may indicate areas of improvement or features that need further enhancement.
  3. Reporting:
    • Prepare detailed monthly reports summarizing the findings related to the impact of touchscreen usability on mobile users.
    • Present these findings in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders, including marketing, UX, and product development teams.

    • Coordinate with the SayPro Product and Development teams to provide insights into potential areas for further enhancement based on user behavior and performance data.
  5. Continuous Monitoring and Improvement:
    • Regularly monitor the effectiveness of changes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal mobile usability.
    • Provide feedback and insights from the reports to the team to refine and improve the overall mobile experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Mobile User Retention: Measure how many mobile users return to the site after their initial visit.
  • Bounce Rates: Analyze the percentage of users who leave the site after viewing only one page. A decrease in bounce rates indicates improved engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in tracking and analyzing mobile performance metrics, ideally within a digital marketing or UX context.

    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.

  • Technical Skills:
