Objective:

The goal for this period is to conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback on the optimized classified section under the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 initiative. The focus will be on usability testing, particularly ensuring touchscreen-friendly interfaces for mobile users as part of SayPro Monthly Classified Touchscreen Usability, managed by SayPro Classified Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.


Task Breakdown and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct A/B Testing (01-15-2025 to 01-17-2025)

  • Objective: Compare two versions of the classified interface to determine which performs better in terms of user experience and engagement.
  • Tasks:
    • Develop two versions of the classified section with slight variations in layout, button placement, and user navigation flow.
    • Select a diverse group of test users (both internal and external) to participate in the testing process.
    • Use analytical tools to track engagement metrics such as time spent, click-through rates, and bounce rates.
    • Collect qualitative feedback from users through surveys and interviews.
    • Compile findings and identify the better-performing version.
  • Responsible Team: SayPro Classified Office, UX/UI Team, Data Analytics Team.

2. Gather Feedback from Real Users (01-18-2025 to 01-19-2025)

  • Objective: Obtain direct user insights on the optimized classified section’s usability and performance.
  • Tasks:
    • Set up feedback collection channels, including online forms, live chat, and customer support interactions.
    • Encourage users to test key functionalities such as ad submission, filtering, and navigation.
    • Monitor feedback related to loading speed, clarity of interface, and mobile responsiveness.
    • Address critical usability issues in real-time where possible.
  • Responsible Team: SayPro Customer Support, Marketing Research Team, UX/UI Designers.

3. Ensure Touchscreen-Friendly Interfaces for Mobile Users (01-20-2025 to 01-21-2025)

  • Objective: Optimize the classified section for seamless mobile use.
  • Tasks:
    • Test and validate the responsiveness of all classified ad elements (buttons, search bars, dropdowns).
    • Ensure smooth scrolling and tap-friendly navigation without accidental clicks.
