Job Summary:
The Web Developer (SayPro Website Team) is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the sorting features of SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 SayPro Monthly Classified Sorting Options. The developer will implement and optimize sorting functionalities such as date, price, or popularity to ensure a seamless user experience. The role requires expertise in front-end and back-end web technologies, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams within SayPro Classified Office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshooting & Debugging Sorting Features
- Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting sorting functionalities within the SayPro Monthly Classifieds system.
- Perform thorough debugging using browser developer tools, error logs, and automated testing frameworks.
- Identify and fix inconsistencies in sorting algorithms to ensure accurate listing order by date, price, or popularity.
- Work closely with database administrators to optimize queries and improve sorting performance.
2. Development & Optimization of Sorting Functions
- Implement sorting logic to filter classified listings efficiently based on user preferences.
- Ensure sorting features are mobile-friendly and work across different screen sizes and devices.
- Optimize the speed and performance of sorting functionalities to enhance the user experience.
- Maintain SEO-friendly sorting options to ensure visibility of classified ads.
3. System Integration & Compatibility Testing
- Ensure sorting features integrate smoothly with the overall SayPro Classifieds platform.
- Test sorting functionalities in multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.) and operating systems to ensure compatibility.
- Work with UI/UX designers to ensure sorting options are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Document system changes and provide technical guidance for future updates.
4. Collaboration with SayPro Teams
- Coordinate with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to align sorting options with marketing strategies.
- Communicate with SayPro Classified Office to understand user requirements and feedback.
- Work alongside other developers, database administrators, and product managers to maintain system stability.
- Provide technical support and training to relevant SayPro departments on sorting functionalities.
5. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
- Regularly monitor and update sorting algorithms to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine sorting options.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and implement improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in web development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
