Objective:
To generate comprehensive reports on the social media sharing performance and engagement of classified ads by January 30th. This is part of the SayPro Monthly January SCMR (Social Media Content & Reporting) and is under the oversight of the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team.


Key Responsibilities & Actions:

1. Social Media Sharing Performance Report (Due January 30th)

  • Target Date: January 30th
  • Task: Compile and present a detailed report analyzing the performance and engagement of social media sharing related to classified ads.
  • Report Metrics:
    • Total Shares: Track the total number of classified ads shared across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
    • Engagement Rates: Measure the likes, comments, shares, and interactions for each shared ad on the platforms.
    • Reach and Impressions: Identify the reach (how many users saw the post) and impressions (how many times the post was displayed) for each shared ad.
    • Click-Through Rates (CTR): Determine how many users clicked on the links within the ads after seeing them on social media.
    • User Demographics: Breakdown of the audience interacting with the shared ads (age, gender, location, etc.).
    • Time of Sharing: Analyze the best times for sharing and engagement across social media platforms.

2. Monitoring Social Media Sharing Mechanism

  • Objective: Ensure that the functionality of social media sharing is fully enabled and operational for all classified ads listed in the SayPro Classified system.
  • Task: Collaborate with the SayPro Classified Office to ensure that the mechanism for sharing ads on social media platforms is consistently available for all users.
    • Integration Check: Test that the sharing buttons are active on each classified ad.
    • Cross-Platform Functionality: Ensure that sharing options (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) are working across different devices and platforms.
    • Troubleshooting: Address any issues regarding broken links or functionality failures for social media sharing.
