Position Title: Marketing Engagement & Classified Role Coordinator

1. Job Summary

The Marketing Engagement & Classified Role Coordinator is responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analytics, with a special focus on tracking participant engagement from the SayPro Monthly SCMR-5 initiative. The role also includes overseeing Classified Role Management, ensuring accurate and secure assignment of user and administrator roles under SayPro’s internal classified platform.

This role plays a key part in supporting the SayPro Marketing Royalty’s goals of maximizing outreach, engagement, and operational integrity within the SayPro ecosystem.


2. Key Responsibilities

A. Engagement Analysis

  • Use SayPro analytics tools to collect, interpret, and report data related to the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, particularly the SayPro Monthly SCMR-5 initiative.
  • Monitor trends in engagement metrics including views, clicks, submissions, session duration, conversion rates, and bounce rates across all SayPro marketing platforms.
  • Generate detailed monthly reports on participant engagement for presentation to senior leadership.
  • Identify areas of improvement in digital content, campaign messaging, or delivery channels to increase participant engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email newsletters, social posts, and digital ads to optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with the Content and Social Media teams to refine content strategy based on engagement insights.
  • Maintain dashboards for real-time campaign monitoring and share insights with internal stakeholders.

B. Classified Role Management

  • Manage the assignment of user and administrative roles within the SayPro Classified Office, ensuring role-based access control is applied consistently.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all role assignments and permissions in the classified software system.
  • Coordinate with IT and Compliance to ensure security protocols are followed in role assignment and management.
  • Approve and update permissions for all classified ad managers, reviewers, and content publishers.
  • Create role hierarchies to maintain clear levels of control and accountability.
  • Provide training and support to new administrators on using the classified system securely and efficiently.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of all user roles and permissions to ensure compliance with SayPro data access and confidentiality policies.

3. Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing analytics or CRM/data systems.
  • Understanding of role-based access control systems, preferably in digital content or classified platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SayPro analytics dashboard, or similar.
  • Familiarity with classified ad software (e.g., WP Classifieds, Classifieds WP).
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Attention to detail, especially in the handling of sensitive user permissions and roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Performance Indicators

  • Accuracy and timeliness of engagement reports for SayPro Monthly SCMR-5 campaigns.
  • Growth in participant engagement based on strategic improvements.
  • Error-free assignment of user and admin roles in SayPro Classified systems.
  • Completion and documentation of role audits and permissions updates.
  • Level of satisfaction from internal teams regarding access, classification, and campaign insights.

5. Collaboration and Reporting

  • Collaborate with:
    • Marketing Content Team
    • SayPro Data and Analytics Division
    • SayPro Classified IT Support Team
    • Internal SayPro Departments participating in SCMR-5 initiatives
  • Report directly to the Marketing Director, SayPro Marketing Royalty
