Task Description:
Submit the updated and verified classified sitemaps to all relevant search engines to ensure proper indexing and visibility of SayPro’s classified platform content.

Steps to Complete the Task:

1. Generate the Latest Sitemap(s)
   • Use SayPro’s CMS tools or plugin to export the most recent sitemap (e.g., sitemap.xml and category-specific sitemaps).
   • Validate the sitemap using a trusted XML validator.
2. Log into Google Search Console
   • Navigate to the property associated with SayPro Classifieds.
   • Submit the updated sitemap under the “Sitemaps” section.
   • Check for submission status and errors.
3. Log into Bing Webmaster Tools
   • Access the verified SayPro domain.
   • Submit the sitemap URL in the “Sitemaps” area.
   • Monitor submission and crawling status.
4. Submit to Other Search Engines (as applicable)
   • For any regional or alternative engines (e.g., Yandex, Baidu), follow the specific process for sitemap submission.
   • Record all submission confirmations or errors.
5. Documentation and Reporting
   • Document the submission date, sitemap URL, and search engine in a centralized report.
   • Notify the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR division upon successful completion.
   • Include any errors or indexing issues for follow-up.
