Position Title: Reminder Content Creator
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Location: SayPro Classified Office

Position Overview:

The Reminder Content Creator is responsible for designing and writing engaging, clear, and informative reminder emails or messages aimed at encouraging clients to renew their advertisements on SayPro’s platform. These reminders will serve as an essential part of SayPro’s classified ad renewal strategy under the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR-5. This role requires the creation of content that explains the renewal process, emphasizes the benefits of continuing to advertise on SayPro, and highlights upcoming deadlines for ad renewals.

The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that all communications are aligned with SayPro’s brand, tone, and marketing objectives. This role requires excellent writing, content design, and communication skills, as well as an understanding of customer needs and engagement strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Develop Reminder Content:
    • Create compelling and persuasive reminder emails or messages for ad renewals.
    • Develop content that clearly outlines the steps for renewing an ad, the deadlines to be aware of, and the benefits of continuing to advertise on SayPro.
    • Ensure that all content is clear, concise, and aligned with SayPro’s brand voice and tone.
  2. Communicate the Renewal Process:
    • Break down the renewal process in a simple, step-by-step manner to ensure ease of understanding.
    • Provide clients with all necessary instructions and links to easily renew their ads.
    • Include visual aids or clickable elements (such as buttons) to enhance user experience and engagement.
  3. Highlight Benefits of Renewal:
    • Emphasize the advantages of continuing to advertise on SayPro, including increased visibility, potential leads, and the effectiveness of classified advertising.
    • Include any exclusive offers or features available to renewing clients.
  4. Ensure Timely Messaging:
    • Send reminder emails or messages in accordance with the established timeline. This will typically include an initial reminder several days or weeks before the ad’s expiration date, followed by one or more follow-up reminders as the deadline approaches.
    • Monitor and adjust reminder schedules as needed based on performance data and customer feedback.
  5. Work with the Marketing Team:
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure that the reminder content is visually appealing and effectively communicates the desired message.
    • Incorporate any ongoing promotional campaigns or special offers related to classified ads into the reminder content.
    • Ensure that reminder messages align with SayPro’s overall marketing goals and strategies.
  6. Optimize for Engagement:
    • A/B test various email subject lines, messaging, and calls to action to identify the most effective strategies for engagement and conversion.
    • Analyze customer feedback and engagement metrics to refine and improve future reminder content.
  7. Maintain Accuracy and Compliance:
    • Ensure all renewal-related information, such as deadlines, pricing, and terms, is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to marketing communications, including opt-out options and privacy considerations.
  8. Track and Report on Performance:
    • Monitor the success of reminder emails and messages by analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and renewal conversion rates.
    • Provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager on the performance of reminder campaigns and suggest adjustments to improve effectiveness.
  9. Manage Multiple Reminder Campaigns:
    • Handle multiple ad renewal campaigns at once, each with different timelines and client segments.
    • Ensure each campaign runs smoothly and within the designated timeframe.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing communications, particularly in an email marketing or customer engagement context.
    • Previous experience with classified ads, digital marketing, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
    • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and basic HTML for email design.
    • Ability to create visually appealing emails using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
    • Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email performance tracking).
