Job Title: Email and SMS Campaign Execution Specialist

Overview:
The Email and SMS Campaign Execution Specialist will be responsible for managing the execution of email and SMS campaigns for the SayPro Monthly Classified Renewal Reminders. These campaigns aim to remind customers about upcoming ad expirations and encourage ad renewals through clear and timely communication. This role will focus on ensuring that all renewal reminders are sent out with sufficient lead time before the expiration date to enable easy ad renewal processes for users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing and Classified Office teams to define the ad renewal reminder schedules.
- Ensure that reminders for ad renewals are planned to be sent with sufficient time before the ad expiration date (at least 7-14 days before expiration).
- Determine the frequency and timing of reminder messages (e.g., initial reminder, follow-up reminders).
- Email and SMS Communication Management:
- Develop and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns for classified ad renewals, ensuring they are sent to the appropriate recipients.
- Create compelling subject lines, copy, and call-to-actions (CTAs) to increase the likelihood of ad renewals.
- Ensure compliance with SayPro’s communication guidelines, including brand voice, tone, and any legal or regulatory requirements.
- Customer Segmentation and Personalization:
- Segment classified ad users based on their renewal status, ad types, and engagement history.
- Personalize reminder messages, ensuring they address customers by name and reference their specific ads for a more tailored experience.
- Campaign Execution:
- Use SayPro’s CRM and marketing automation tools to set up and launch email and SMS campaigns according to the defined schedule.
- Monitor and adjust campaign settings (e.g., timing, audience, frequency) to maximize effectiveness.
- Ensure all emails and SMS messages are tested for accuracy, delivering the correct content to each recipient.
- Ad Expiration Tracking and Data Management:
- Track the expiration dates of classified ads in the system to ensure timely communication is sent to users before their ad expires.
- Maintain up-to-date records of which ads have been renewed and those that require follow-up communication.
- Campaign Optimization and Reporting:
- Monitor the performance of email and SMS campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and renewal conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and identify trends to improve future renewal reminders (e.g., optimal send times, message wording, offer details).
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of future communications.
- Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to ensure that ad renewal campaigns align with broader marketing and royalty strategies.
- Collaborate with the SayPro Classified Office to ensure all communication aligns with product offerings and promotions for classified ads.
- Adherence to Deadlines:
- Ensure that renewal reminders are sent in accordance with the campaign schedule and before the ad expiration date.
- Follow the process to ensure timely and efficient ad renewal reminder delivery without delay.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in email marketing, SMS campaign management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and email/SMS platforms.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on crafting clear, engaging messages.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools).
- Experience with SMS marketing tools and mobile messaging platforms.
- Basic understanding of segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SayPro’s Classified Advertising System and renewal processes.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email campaign metrics).
Work Environment:
- This position is based in the SayPro Marketing Department, with possible collaboration across multiple teams.
- Remote work may be possible depending on company policies.
