Position Overview:
The SayPro Classified Rating and Reviews Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the rating and review system for classified ads and sellers on the SayPro platform. This role ensures the seamless implementation and maintenance of the system to gather feedback from users, improve user experience, and provide actionable insights to the management team for strategic decision-making. The Manager will work closely with the SayPro Classified Office and Marketing teams to monitor the performance of the system, identify areas for improvement, and implement improvements based on the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 findings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor the functionality and user interaction with the rating and review system for classified ads and sellers on the SayPro platform to ensure smooth operation and timely updates.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data on ratings, reviews, and feedback from users about classified ads and sellers. Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in the feedback to understand user sentiment and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly performance reports based on findings from the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5. The reports will include insights on user activity, system efficiency, and the effectiveness of the ratings and reviews system in place.
- Improvement Recommendations: Based on the monthly analysis and reports, provide actionable recommendations for system improvements and strategies to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and improve ad quality.
- Management Briefings: Report findings and recommendations directly to the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR and the management team. Ensure that insights from the rating and review system are understood and prioritized in decision-making processes.
2. System Implementation and Enhancement:
- Implementation of Feedback Mechanisms: Oversee the design and implementation of new features and improvements to the rating and review system. Collaborate with the IT and development teams to enhance the user interface, functionality, and reliability of the system.
- User Experience Enhancement: Work with the user experience team to ensure that the rating and review process is intuitive, easy to use, and aligned with overall platform usability goals. Ensure that user feedback can be effectively captured and displayed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the ratings and reviews system is working as intended, with appropriate moderation and checks to prevent fraudulent or irrelevant reviews. Address any system issues that affect the reliability and accuracy of ratings and reviews.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR and other internal teams to align strategies and goals related to the ratings and reviews system. Ensure that the feedback from users informs product and marketing decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental initiatives related to user feedback, ratings, and reviews. Coordinate with departments such as Customer Service, Sales, and Product Development to ensure that ratings and reviews align with broader company objectives.
4. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
- System Audits and Testing: Regularly perform audits and testing on the rating and review system to ensure accuracy, security, and reliability. Identify any performance issues or user experience hurdles and work with technical teams to resolve them.
- Market and Competitive Research: Keep abreast of industry best practices and competitors’ approaches to rating and review systems in classified ads and e-commerce platforms. Leverage insights to improve SayPro’s approach and user satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback Integration: Actively listen to user feedback regarding the rating and review process. Integrate relevant suggestions into system improvements and new feature developments.
5. Training and Support:
- Staff Training: Provide training to internal teams (e.g., customer support) on how to effectively handle ratings and reviews-related inquiries, issues, and escalations. Ensure they are knowledgeable about the system’s functionality and best practices.
- Support for Users: Assist in the creation of FAQs, help guides, and support materials to educate users on how to leave ratings and reviews, report issues, and use the feedback system effectively.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- System Uptime and Reliability: Ensure the rating and review system is functioning optimally with minimal downtime or technical issues.

Qualifications:
