This template ensures a standardized, secure, and compliant process for managing user requests related to their personal data. It is in alignment with SayProβs privacy obligations under data protection regulations such as POPIA, GDPR, and similar frameworks globally.

- All classified ad users registered under SayPro platforms.
- Any individual who has submitted data via SayProβs classified portals.
- Requests processed under SayProβs Monthly Classified Activities.

2. Verification and Consent Section
Before processing, verify the identity of the requester.
Instructions to User:
Please attach a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a recent proof of account activity (e.g., screenshot of dashboard or email confirmation from SayPro).

- I confirm that I am the data subject or an authorized representative.
- I consent to the processing of my request and understand the verification requirements.
