Objective:

To produce and present accurate, insightful, and actionable monthly reports that reflect SayPro’s classified ad platform’s performance, particularly in traffic, user engagement, and conversion behaviors. These reports aim to support strategic decision-making and optimize marketing and product development efforts.


Key Duties and Activities:

  1. Data Collection and Integration:
    • Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo, or SayPro’s proprietary systems) to gather raw data on:
      • Page views and unique visits
      • Average session duration
      • Bounce rates
      • New vs. returning visitors
      • Traffic sources (organic, paid, referral, direct, social)
      • Geo-demographics
      • Device and browser usage
    • Integrate classified-specific metrics such as:
      • Ad views and clicks
      • Ad category performance
      • User sign-ups and logins
      • Form submissions (e.g., ad posting or renewal)
      • Conversion data (e.g., inquiries, purchases, or renewals)
  2. Report Structuring:
    • Develop the report structure in alignment with the SayPro SCMR (SayPro Classified Monitoring Report) template for March.
    • Segment data into digestible sections:
      • Executive Summary
      • Performance Overview
      • Deep Dive by Traffic Source
      • Classified Ad Performance
      • User Behavior Insights
      • Recommendations and Strategic Suggestions
    • Use clear headings, graphs, tables, and infographics to visualize trends and patterns.
  3. Performance Metric Analysis:
    • Analyze month-over-month and year-over-year trends.
    • Identify significant fluctuations or anomalies and investigate underlying causes (e.g., campaign launches, SEO changes, platform updates).
    • Highlight high-performing segments, as well as underperforming areas needing intervention.
  4. Insights and Recommendations:
    • Translate raw data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product, Sales, Tech).
    • Recommend specific optimizations:
      • Enhancing SEO for underperforming categories
      • Retargeting high-exit pages
      • Boosting ad categories with strong user interest
      • Improving mobile experience based on device behavior data
  5. Presentation and Communication:
    • Present findings to SayPro Classified Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty in monthly briefings.
    • Use slideshows, dashboards, and narrative summaries to communicate the impact and relevance of data.
    • Encourage cross-functional feedback to refine future strategies and reports.
  6. Documentation and Archiving:
    • Save and document each report with standardized naming conventions (e.g., SCMR-5_March2025.pdf).
    • Ensure reports are securely stored and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain a change-log and commentary for each reporting cycle.

Expected Outputs:

  • SCMR-5 Monthly Report (March) in digital format (.pdf, .ppt, or .xlsx).
  • Presentation Deck summarizing key points with visual support.
  • Executive Summary Memo (1-page brief for executive review).
