As part of the SayPro Marketing Royalty framework, the SayPro Classified Office is responsible for continuously tracking, analyzing, and enhancing user engagement and traffic performance on the classified platform. Through the SCMR-5 (SayPro Classified Monitoring Report – Issue 5 for March), the office presents strategic insights that support data-driven decisions and optimizations.

This responsibility is anchored in a systematic process of traffic analysis, performance measurement, and insight-driven recommendations, ensuring SayPro’s digital presence remains competitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs.


Key Duties and Functions

1. Traffic and User Behaviour Monitoring

  • Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo, Jetpack) to monitor real-time and historical traffic patterns.
  • Identify top-performing classified categories, pages, and ad types.
  • Track key user behavior metrics such as:
    • Bounce rate
    • Average session duration
    • Page views per session
    • Conversion paths
  • Compare traffic data month-over-month and year-over-year for trends and anomalies.

2. Data Compilation and Report Structuring

  • Extract structured data and generate summaries for the SayPro Monthly SCMR-5 Report.
  • Compile the following key components:
    • Executive Summary
    • Traffic Sources Breakdown (organic, direct, referral, social)
    • User Demographics & Geography
    • Device and Platform Usage
    • Engagement by Category/Page
    • Goal Completions and Conversions

3. Insight Development and Interpretation

  • Identify underperforming pages or features that may cause user drop-off.
  • Analyze peak hours, user paths, and search terms to understand what drives engagement.
  • Detect usability issues (e.g., slow load times, navigation friction) impacting traffic retention.

4. Recommendation Formulation

  • Provide targeted, actionable suggestions to optimize:
    • Website content – ensure relevance, keyword alignment, and clarity.
    • Design/layout – enhance user interface, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
    • Functional features – recommend better search filters, CTAs, or ad placements.
  • Suggest new classified categories or user-centric features based on user demand analysis.

5. Presentation to Stakeholders

  • Prepare monthly presentations with clear visuals, charts, and insights.
  • Present findings to:
    • SayPro Marketing Royalty Executives

  • Highlight KPIs, notable successes, and urgent optimization needs.
  • Recommend priority actions for the next month based on the latest data.
