The purpose of this initiative is to ensure that SayPro’s Classified section—part of its broader online platform—visually and functionally aligns with the core brand identity of SayPro. This alignment is critical to reinforcing a consistent and professional user experience across all SayPro digital assets. The work under this objective is being led by the SayPro Classified Office, in close collaboration with SayPro Marketing Royalty, and guided by the visual and thematic standards published in SayPro Monthly March SCMR-5.

1. Alignment with SayPro Brand Guidelines

SayPro’s brand guidelines dictate a unique and professional identity characterized by:

  • A clear visual hierarchy
  • Consistent use of corporate colors (e.g., royal blue, white, and charcoal gray)
  • Specific typography (e.g., Poppins and Lato typefaces)
  • Defined button styles, icons, and spacing standards
  • Use of the SayPro emblem and watermark in approved locations

The Classified Section must adhere to these standards to:

  • Maintain brand credibility and recognition
  • Offer a seamless experience for users transitioning between SayPro’s main site and the classifieds portal
  • Avoid confusion caused by inconsistent design or tone

2. Integration of March SCMR-5 Visual Elements

SayPro Monthly March SCMR-5 introduced new creative directives and visual upgrades including:

This operational task involves technical and creative customization of the classified software’s theme—whether WP Classifieds, ClassiPress, or another selected platform—to implement the visual and structural updates from above.

Key Customization Areas:

  1. Header & Footer Layouts
    • Insert SayPro’s unified global navigation bar with drop-down menus
    • Footer must include legal links, contact details, social media icons, and SayPro copyright
  2. Color Palette Integration
    • Background: white and light gray
    • Primary color: royal blue (#0047AB)
    • Accent and CTA buttons: SayPro green (#26C281) or orange (#F39C12)
    • Text: charcoal gray (#2C3E50) and mid-gray for subheadings
  3. Typography Setup
    • Titles and headings: Poppins Bold
    • Body text: Lato Regular
    • Font sizes and line height must follow SayPro’s accessibility standards
  4. Ad Card & Listing Design
    • Unified card layout: image, title, brief description, “Post Date”, and “Location”
    • Sponsored ads must show a Royalty Tag ribbon and slight shadow elevation
    • User avatars and logos to use circular formats (SCMR-5 guidance)
  5. Button and Form Styling
    • Rounded buttons (border-radius: 8px)
