Primary Responsibility: Monitor KPIs for SayPro Marketing Programs
Objective:
To ensure the success and optimization of classified marketing campaigns and geolocation features through continuous tracking, analysis, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as outlined in:
- SayPro Monthly March SCMR-5
- SayPro Quarterly Classified Geolocation Features Management
Key Responsibilities:
1. KPI Tracking and Performance Monitoring
- Track and evaluate digital marketing KPIs including:
- Click-Through Rate (CTR): Measure the percentage of clicks per impression on classified campaigns.
- Conversion Rate: Monitor how many users complete a desired action (e.g., submit ad, subscribe, purchase).
- Cost-Per-Click (CPC): Evaluate advertising spending efficiency.
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Calculate revenue generated for every unit of currency spent.
2. Data Collection and Analysis
- Collect data from internal analytics tools, ad platforms, and SayPro’s custom dashboards.
- Ensure KPI data from SayPro Monthly March SCMR-5 reports are accurate, complete, and updated.
- Segment and filter data according to location, ad type, user demographics, and platform (mobile, desktop, etc.).
3. Geolocation Features Performance
- Work with the Classified Geolocation Team to:
- Track geolocation-based ad interactions and visibility.
- Analyze regional performance of classified ads based on user engagement by location.
- Optimize classified campaign performance by suggesting geo-targeting enhancements.
4. Quarterly Feature Management Coordination
- Liaise with the SayPro Quarterly Classified Geolocation Features Management Team to:
- Prepare performance dashboards every quarter.
- Recommend updates or changes to geolocation-based tools and ad modules.
- Identify underperforming geographic areas and propose solutions (e.g., boosting visibility, adjusting bid strategy).
5. Reporting and Communication
- Submit detailed reports to the SayPro Marketing Royalty Division including:
- Monthly performance summaries for SCMR-5 metrics.
- Quarterly classified performance reviews by location.
- Real-time alerts on KPI anomalies or performance drops.
6. Collaboration and Feedback
- Work closely with:
- SayPro Ad Content Creators to fine-tune ad messaging based on KPI insights.
- SayPro Development Team to improve analytics integration.
- Classified Office representatives to ensure goals align with business needs.
7. Optimization and Strategy
- Recommend strategic improvements to enhance ROAS and CTR.
- Adjust campaign parameters and geographic targets to reduce CPC.
- Test new classified ad formats, geo features, or channels to improve overall engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or KPI monitoring.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and Ad platform dashboards (Meta, Google Ads).
- Knowledge of classified platforms and geolocation features preferred.
