Job Purpose
The Collaborative Advertising Strategy Analyst is responsible for integrating data-driven insights from SayPro’s analytical reports into actionable marketing strategies. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with marketing, content, and design teams to optimize advertising efforts, improve user engagement, and manage classified geolocation features.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Marketing Team:
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings to interpret advertising performance metrics.
- Provide detailed reporting feedback to enhance marketing campaigns, audience targeting, and ad placements.
- Content Team:
- Coordinate content needs based on classified data trends and user interaction insights.
- Ensure alignment between data-driven topics and produced content.
- Design Team:
- Communicate findings that affect visual performance (e.g., which ad formats perform best in specific geolocations).
- Suggest visual layout or design changes backed by performance data.
2. Utilize SayPro Monthly and Quarterly Reports
- SayPro Monthly March SCMR-5 Report:
- Analyze data from this structured classified marketing report to identify month-to-month patterns.
- Isolate high-performing ad categories and underperforming sectors for reallocation of marketing resources.
- SayPro Quarterly Classified Geolocation Features Management Report:
- Interpret user activity based on geographic data.
- Work with classified office to fine-tune location-based targeting strategies, ensuring campaigns are relevant to regional preferences and demographics.
3. Support Advertising Strategy Refinement
- Develop tactical advertising proposals that merge insights from SCMR-5 and geolocation reports.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, regional engagement) and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the implementation and A/B testing of revised strategies.
4. Coordinate with SayPro Classified Office
- Liaise with classified management team to verify accuracy of geolocation tagging and ad category mapping.
- Recommend enhancements to the SayPro platform to accommodate emerging user behavior patterns.
5. Report to SayPro Marketing Royalty
- Deliver quarterly presentations summarizing outcomes of integrated advertising strategies.
- Submit documentation and progress reports demonstrating ROI of strategy refinements.
- Make data-driven recommendations for strategic shifts and long-term planning.

Skills and Qualifications
