Job Overview

The SayPro Quarterly Classified Content Management – Create Reports role is responsible for preparing and analyzing detailed reports on the performance of classified content. This includes evaluating popular categories, user engagement, and revenue generation from paid listings. The position will work under the SayPro Classified Office, a division of SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR), and contribute to enhancing SayPro’s classified platform through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in content performance reporting, and a good understanding of classified ad platforms.


Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Performance Tracking

  • Gather, analyze, and organize data on classified content performance from SayPro’s classified ad system.
  • Track user engagement metrics such as views, clicks, inquiries, and conversions for each category.
  • Monitor revenue generation from paid listings, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain historical performance records to identify long-term growth and decline trends.

2. Report Preparation & Analysis

  • Prepare quarterly reports detailing classified content performance.
  • Include comprehensive analysis of popular categories, high-traffic listings, and underperforming areas.
  • Generate visual insights through charts, graphs, and infographics for clear reporting.
  • Compare performance between different quarters to assess progress and suggest optimizations.

3. User Engagement & Category Insights

  • Identify user behavior trends, including the most searched categories and frequently used features.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of different classified content formats (text-based ads, image ads, video listings, etc.).
  • Conduct sentiment analysis by reviewing user feedback and engagement levels.
  • Recommend adjustments to improve content visibility and effectiveness.

4. Revenue & Financial Analysis

  • Track revenue generated from paid listings, featured ads, and premium placements.
  • Analyze pricing trends and assess the impact of promotional offers on revenue generation.
  • Provide revenue forecasts based on past performance and market trends.

5. Recommendations for Optimization

  • Suggest improvements for category structures to enhance user experience.
  • Propose innovative features that could improve engagement and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the SayPro Classified Office to implement enhancements based on report findings.
  • Ensure classified content aligns with market trends and user preferences.

6. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with SayPro Classified Office and Marketing Royalty (SCMR) teams.
  • Present findings in quarterly meetings with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
  • Provide training to internal teams on understanding and utilizing classified content analytics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital content management, performance reporting, or data analytics.
  • Experience with classified ad platforms or marketplace analytics is a plus.

2. Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO analytics, and classified ad reporting systems.
  • Ability to generate data-driven insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in revenue tracking and financial reporting for digital platforms.

Work Schedule & Reporting Requirements

  • Reports to SayPro Classified Content Manager under SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR).
  • Submits quarterly reports (January, April, July, October).
  • Attends quarterly review meetings with the SayPro leadership team.
  • Expected to work remotely or onsite, depending on project needs.
