Job Summary:
The SayPro Quarterly Classified Content Management – Content Review and Approval role is responsible for the regular review, verification, and approval of newly submitted classified content to ensure it aligns with SayPro’s quality standards and brand guidelines. This includes checking for accuracy, ensuring content is free from duplicates, maintaining compliance with company policies, and facilitating a smooth approval process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Review & Quality Assurance
- Review all newly submitted classified content to ensure it meets SayPro’s quality and compliance standards.
- Verify the accuracy of submitted information, ensuring that descriptions, prices, and contact details are correct.
- Check for spelling, grammar, and formatting consistency to maintain a professional presentation.
- Identify and flag duplicate listings or suspicious content that may violate company policies.
- Ensure all content aligns with SayPro’s brand guidelines and does not contain misleading, inappropriate, or prohibited material.
2. Approval Process & Compliance
- Approve classified ads that meet SayPro’s standards for publication.
- Reject or request modifications for content that does not comply with SayPro’s policies, providing clear feedback to submitters.
- Monitor classified categories to ensure proper classification and categorization of content.
- Stay up to date with SayPro’s content policies, marketing guidelines, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
3. Content Optimization & Enhancement
- Suggest improvements or refinements to content to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Work with the SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR) team to implement SEO best practices for classified content.
- Collaborate with content creators to improve descriptions, headlines, and images where necessary.
4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Maintain records of reviewed, approved, and rejected content for internal reporting.
- Provide quarterly reports on classified content trends, common issues, and areas for improvement.
- Identify and report any emerging patterns of content violations or fraudulent submissions.
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the SayPro Classified Office and marketing teams to align classified content with overall marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates to the SayPro Classified Content Manager regarding content review trends and challenges.
- Assist in the development of content review guidelines and best practices to streamline the approval process.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in content management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in content moderation, classified ads management, or digital content approval.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or errors in content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, digital marketing trends, and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
