Position Overview
The SayPro Pricing & Subscription Models Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the quarterly pricing and subscription models for SayPro’s classified services. This position requires an innovative individual to assess market trends, analyze customer feedback, and develop pricing strategies to optimize revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. The manager will work closely with the SayPro Marketing and SCMR teams to ensure that the pricing models reflect customer needs, competitive landscapes, and overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Research
- Conduct thorough market research to evaluate current pricing structures, identify industry trends, and benchmark against competitors.
- Analyze customer data, feedback, and behavior patterns to understand price sensitivity, preferences, and purchasing drivers.
- Utilize analytics tools and customer surveys to gather insights that inform pricing decisions.
- Development of New Pricing Tiers and Subscription Models
- Based on insights from market research and customer feedback, design new pricing tiers, subscription plans, and service bundles.
- Ensure pricing structures are scalable and flexible to accommodate various customer segments, including individual users, small businesses, and enterprise customers.
- Develop clear guidelines for pricing models across different platforms (web, mobile, app) to maintain consistency and transparency.
- Create value-based pricing models, considering seasonal trends, promotions, and loyalty programs to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Promotions, Discounts, and Seasonal Offers
- Design and manage seasonal offers, discounts, or promotional campaigns to boost customer acquisition and retention during peak periods.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate offers effectively through multiple channels (email, social media, website).
- Evaluate the success of promotions and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal impact on revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Revenue Forecasting and Performance Analysis
- Monitor and report on the financial impact of new pricing models, identifying key metrics such as conversion rates, churn, and average revenue per user (ARPU).
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure pricing adjustments align with revenue goals and sustainability targets.
- Provide quarterly updates on the performance of pricing strategies, highlighting areas for improvement or adjustment.

Key Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Pricing Strategy, Revenue Management) is a plus.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, subscription model management, or similar roles in a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Experience in market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive benchmarking.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing pricing models that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with pricing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Price Intelligently, ProfitWell, Tableau, Excel).
