Position Title: SayPro Quarterly Classified Pricing and Subscription Models Manager
Department: SayPro Classified Office
Report To: SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR Team

Overview:

The SayPro Quarterly Classified Pricing and Subscription Models Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of SayPro’s quarterly classified pricing and subscription models. This individual will play a key role in shaping the pricing strategy, ensuring competitive positioning, and collaborating with SayPro’s marketing teams to create campaigns that communicate the value and benefits of the subscription plans to potential customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quarterly Pricing Strategy Development:
    • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to define optimal pricing models for SayPro’s classified platforms.
    • Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to understand market needs and customer demands.
    • Update and refine subscription models each quarter, ensuring they remain competitive and in line with industry standards.
    • Present the proposed pricing and subscription models to key stakeholders for approval.
  2. Subscription Plan Design:
    • Create a range of subscription plans designed to cater to different customer segments, such as small businesses, large enterprises, and individual users.
    • Develop flexible pricing structures for each plan, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription options.
    • Ensure that the plans offer clear value propositions based on the customer’s needs, including tiered services, exclusive features, and additional perks.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Team to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams to evaluate the financial impact of new pricing models and subscription options.
    • Coordinate with the Product and Technology teams to ensure the systems can support the proposed pricing and subscription models.
  4. Marketing Campaigns Creation:
    • Partner with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns promoting the new pricing models and subscription plans.
    • Develop targeted messaging that emphasizes the value and benefits of each subscription plan, showcasing its fit with the needs of specific customer segments.
    • Ensure marketing materials are clear, engaging, and persuasive, utilizing appropriate channels (e.g., social media, email newsletters, website content) to maximize reach.
    • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to make necessary adjustments based on feedback and results.
  5. Customer Communication & Education:
    • Work with the marketing team to create customer-facing materials, including FAQs, detailed plan descriptions, and comparison charts, to help users easily understand the different pricing and subscription options.
    • Conduct webinars, virtual meetings, or live chats to educate customers on the benefits of the new plans.
    • Address customer inquiries related to pricing models and subscriptions, ensuring that responses are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s messaging.
  6. Tracking & Reporting:
    • Develop metrics to track the effectiveness of the new pricing models and subscription plans, including customer adoption rates, revenue generation, and market penetration.
    • Regularly report on the success of the subscription plans to senior leadership and the marketing team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
    • Conduct quarterly performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of the pricing and subscription models, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.
  7. Budget Management:
    • Collaborate with the finance team to establish and manage budgets for pricing model changes and related marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure the pricing and subscription models align with budget forecasts, profitability goals, and revenue projections.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing strategy, subscription model management, or related roles.
    • Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful pricing initiatives.
    • Familiarity with subscription-based business models and classified platforms.
    • Strong background in market research, analytics, and customer segmentation.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
    • Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data interpretation and performance tracking.
    • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
