Position Title: SayPro Quarterly Classified Pricing and Subscription Models Manager
Department: SayPro Classified Office
Reporting to: SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR
Location: SayPro Headquarters (Remote/Hybrid options available)


Overview:

The SayPro Quarterly Classified Pricing and Subscription Models Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of SayPro’s subscription models and pricing structures. This role involves conducting ongoing analysis, monitoring subscription performance, and making data-driven adjustments to pricing and subscription models to achieve sustained growth in subscriptions and revenue.

The manager will be part of the SayPro Classified Office team, working under the guidance of the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR. They will ensure that pricing models are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with company revenue goals, while consistently driving customer engagement and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor Subscription Performance:
    • Continuously track and analyze subscription data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of subscription models.
    • Identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and revenue generation opportunities, using data analytics tools and techniques.
    • Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports to provide insights into subscription model success and areas needing attention.
  2. Evaluate Pricing Structures:
    • Review existing subscription pricing structures and propose adjustments to ensure competitive positioning and optimal revenue generation.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to assess market trends, customer willingness to pay, and competitor pricing strategies.
    • Conduct A/B testing and market research to refine and validate pricing strategies.
  3. Optimize Subscription Models:
    • Develop and refine subscription models to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
    • Adjust pricing tiers, benefits, and features as needed to ensure that they align with customer expectations and business objectives.
    • Implement changes to subscription models and pricing strategies, ensuring that all systems and processes are updated accordingly.
  4. Reporting and Strategy Development:
    • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to develop strategic pricing plans that align with the company’s financial goals and growth objectives.
    • Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership, highlighting performance insights, recommendations, and the impact of pricing changes.
    • Provide actionable recommendations for enhancing customer loyalty, engagement, and retention within the subscription-based offerings.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure that subscription offerings are clearly communicated, understood, and supported across all channels.
    • Coordinate with other teams to gather feedback on pricing and subscription performance from the customer perspective.
    • Work with the finance department to assess the impact of pricing models on revenue forecasting and budgeting.
  6. Customer Feedback and Market Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding subscription pricing and model satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify pricing trends and innovations within the industry, ensuring SayPro remains a leader in the classified advertising space.
    • Regularly review subscription terms, benefits, and renewal processes to ensure alignment with customer needs and business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in pricing strategy or business analytics is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years in subscription-based business models, pricing strategy, or revenue management roles, preferably within digital marketing, software, or subscription services.
    • Strong experience in data analysis, using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or subscription management platforms.
    • Proven track record of optimizing pricing strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Expertise in pricing strategy, customer segmentation, and market research.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to report findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Subscription Growth: Increase in new subscriptions and customer renewals following pricing or model adjustments.
  • Revenue Growth: Achievement of revenue targets through optimized subscription pricing.
  • Customer Retention Rate: Maintenance or improvement of customer retention rates post pricing changes.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Positive customer feedback regarding subscription value and benefits.
  • Operational Efficiency: Timely implementation of pricing and model adjustments based on market trends and internal performance metrics.

Work Environment:

  • The role will primarily be based in a hybrid or remote work setting, with occasional travel for key meetings and collaboration sessions.
  • The manager will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams across the SayPro organization to implement and execute strategies effectively.
