Position Overview:
The SayPro Quarterly Classified Pricing and Subscription Models Management Customer Feedback Integration Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and integrating customer feedback regarding the classified ad pricing and subscription models. The role aims to optimize user satisfaction, retention, and the overall effectiveness of the pricing models through targeted adjustments, informed by user preferences. This position supports the monthly review of pricing strategies and subscription packages and provides insights that shape future offerings within the classified ad platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Feedback Collection:
    • Design and implement surveys, interviews, and feedback tools to gather insights from classified ad users regarding their experience with current pricing models and subscription options.
    • Develop strategies to ensure comprehensive feedback from different user segments (e.g., advertisers, buyers, service providers) to cover diverse perspectives.
    • Analyze data from customer support, social media, and user reviews to identify recurring themes regarding pricing and subscription concerns or suggestions.
  2. Feedback Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze feedback data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of dissatisfaction or opportunities for improvement in pricing and subscription models.
    • Prepare detailed reports that highlight user sentiment, specific feedback, and actionable insights related to pricing and subscription packages.
    • Provide actionable recommendations to management based on customer feedback analysis for adjustments to pricing strategies or the introduction of new subscription plans.
  3. Pricing and Subscription Strategy Adjustment:
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing and Pricing Teams to suggest adjustments or enhancements to the classified ad pricing models, ensuring that they meet user preferences and maximize satisfaction.
    • Recommend adjustments based on feedback to create flexible pricing and subscription tiers that align with user demands, competitor analysis, and market trends.
    • Work with data analysts to assess the impact of any model changes on user retention, engagement, and revenue generation, making recommendations for further refinements as necessary.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with the SayPro Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure that customer feedback and proposed adjustments align with broader marketing objectives and product roadmap.
    • Provide customer insights to the sales team to ensure that they are well-equipped to address customer concerns regarding pricing and subscriptions.
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Classified Office and SCMR teams to ensure alignment between feedback integration and the quarterly pricing and subscription model updates.
  5. Customer Retention and Satisfaction Focus:
    • Proactively monitor user satisfaction and retention metrics, specifically focusing on users’ experiences with pricing and subscription models.
    • Use insights from feedback to refine loyalty and retention strategies, ensuring that users feel that their needs and preferences are being met.
    • Work closely with customer support teams to address user concerns regarding pricing and subscriptions, ensuring effective resolutions that support customer retention.
  6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
    • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to ensure that SayPro’s pricing and subscription models are competitive and align with industry standards.
    • Suggest and experiment with innovative pricing and subscription models, conducting tests to identify what resonates best with customers.
    • Regularly review feedback post-implementation of changes to assess user reception and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of customer feedback, analysis, reports, and changes made to pricing models for historical reference and ongoing optimization.
    • Prepare and present quarterly feedback integration reports to senior management, providing insights into customer satisfaction and the effectiveness of pricing strategy adjustments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer feedback analysis or pricing strategy role, preferably in a digital marketing, subscription-based, or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with customer feedback tools (e.g., surveys, CRM software, analytics platforms) and data analysis software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of pricing models and subscription-based business strategies is a plus.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with classified ads platforms or digital marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and user experience (UX) research methods.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel).
