Job Overview: The SayPro Quarterly Classified Pricing and Subscription Models Management Testing and Implementation role is a crucial position within the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team. This role focuses on implementing, testing, and analyzing various pricing and subscription models to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness for the SayPro Classified platform. The individual in this position will be responsible for carrying out A/B testing of different pricing strategies and identifying which configurations yield the best results. The ultimate goal is to determine the most optimal pricing and subscription model that can be adopted for full-scale implementation within the SayPro Classified platform, ensuring improved user engagement and revenue growth.

This role will involve working closely with the SayPro Classified Office and other marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate feedback and ensure smooth transitions from testing to live implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. A/B Testing for Pricing Models:
    • Plan and execute A/B tests on different classified pricing models and subscription strategies (e.g., freemium, tiered, pay-per-listing).
    • Work with the SayPro marketing and sales teams to establish testing goals and define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for measuring success (e.g., conversion rates, revenue, customer satisfaction).
    • Design test plans that include selecting variables to test, setting up test environments, and identifying appropriate control groups.
    • Ensure test sample sizes are statistically significant for valid results.
  2. Test Design and Execution:
    • Implement and manage A/B testing campaigns for pricing and subscription changes using relevant software tools and platforms.
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Classified Office to develop test conditions and integrate changes into the platform.
    • Conduct regular quality checks during testing phases to ensure consistency and accuracy in test execution.
    • Ensure seamless integration of the A/B tests into live systems without disrupting user experience or platform performance.
  3. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather data from all A/B tests, analyzing the impact of each pricing and subscription model on user behavior, conversion rates, and overall revenue.
    • Identify key insights from the test results and generate actionable recommendations for optimal pricing configurations.
    • Use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, internal reporting systems) to track and report results.
    • Perform statistical analysis to determine the significance of test results and validate hypotheses.
  4. Reporting and Recommendations:
    • Provide detailed reports on A/B test results, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of data.
    • Offer recommendations on the best-performing pricing models for potential implementation based on test results.
    • Present findings to the SayPro Classified Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR leadership, ensuring that the results are clearly communicated.
    • Document learnings, key decisions, and recommended pricing strategies for future reference.
  5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align on pricing strategies and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Classified Office to align testing with quarterly goals and market conditions.
    • Coordinate with the development team to ensure that any changes to the pricing models are technically feasible and align with platform capabilities.
    • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide regular updates and gather feedback during the testing process.
  6. Implementation of Pricing Changes:
    • After successful testing, assist in the transition of the best-performing pricing model to full-scale implementation.
    • Coordinate with the development and operations teams to ensure smooth rollout and minimize user disruption.
    • Oversee any necessary system updates or configuration changes to reflect new pricing models.
    • Monitor post-implementation performance to ensure that the new pricing model achieves the expected results.
  7. Ongoing Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of newly implemented pricing strategies.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitive pricing models, and new technology that could influence pricing strategies.
    • Suggest adjustments or optimizations as needed based on evolving market conditions or user feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Advanced certifications or training in data analysis, pricing strategies, or A/B testing (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pricing strategy, subscription model management, A/B testing, or related roles.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing A/B testing initiatives and implementing data-driven pricing strategies.
    • Experience working with marketing, sales, or product teams to align on strategic goals.
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in A/B testing tools, data analytics platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Optimizely, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.).
    • Ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret data effectively.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
    • Familiarity with pricing software and tools used in subscription-based models.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
