1. Required Employee Documentation for Ad Submission

Employees responsible for ad submission and approval must provide the following:

A. Identity and Authorization Documents

🔹 Compliance Agreement – A signed acknowledgment that the employee understands and will adhere to SayPro’s classified ad policies.

🔹 Ad Title & Description – Clearly define the ad’s purpose, including relevant keywords.
🔹 Category & Subcategory Selection – Ensure ads are placed in the correct classified section.
🔹 Contact Information – Provide an official email or phone number associated with SayPro for inquiries.
🔹 Media Attachments – Any images, videos, or documents included must meet quality and content standards.

C. Compliance and Verification Documents

🔹 Proof of Ownership – If applicable, provide documentation proving rights to list the product or service.
