Position Title: Marketing and Sales Collaboration Specialist
Overview:
The Marketing and Sales Collaboration Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that classified ads align seamlessly with SayPro’s overall marketing strategy and branding. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that classified ad content is not only effective in driving sales and engagement but also fully aligned with SayPro’s brand identity and long-term strategic goals.
The position is integral to the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 and SayPro Quarterly Classified Security and Data Protection Management, and works within the scope of SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR, ensuring that marketing materials are secured and in compliance with all data protection protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Alignment of Classified Ads with Marketing Goals
🔹 Collaborate with Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop classified ad campaigns that align with SayPro’s broader marketing strategy.
- Ensure that the messaging, tone, and format of classified ads reflect SayPro’s brand voice, values, and visual identity.
🔹 Coordinate with Sales Team:
- Maintain a constant line of communication with the sales team to understand product launches, promotions, and sales goals.
- Ensure that the classified ads reflect timely product information, promotions, and seasonal offers.
🔹 Marketing Campaign Integration:
- Ensure that classified ads are integrated into larger marketing campaigns, supporting overarching goals like customer acquisition, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Review ad placement and timing to align with marketing calendars and sales cycles.
2. Classified Ads Content Creation and Management
🔹 Ad Content Development:
- Assist in the creation and editing of classified ad content, ensuring that it is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for target audiences.
- Work with the marketing team to develop compelling headlines, body copy, and call-to-action statements that drive conversion.
