Job Summary:
The Reporting & Documentation Specialist is responsible for generating detailed reports on classified ad moderation activities, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and analyzing trends to improve classified ad management. This role involves preparing weekly and quarterly reports that highlight the volume of ads moderated, rejected, or flagged while providing insights on engagement metrics and security trends.
This position plays a critical role in SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 and SayPro Quarterly Classified Security and Data Protection Management, ensuring that SayPro maintains high security and compliance standards within its classified ads ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate Reports on Ad Moderation Activities
πΉ Prepare Weekly Reports:
- Document the total number of ads reviewed.
- Categorize ads into approved, rejected, flagged, or pending review.
- Identify common violations or trends in rejected ads.
πΉ Prepare Quarterly Reports:
- Summarize data from the weekly reports into quarterly trends.
- Provide comparative analysis with previous quarters to track improvement or new challenges.
- Include insights on overall engagement and user activity within classified ads.
πΉ Flagging & Moderation Analysis:
- Track the frequency of flagged ads and the reasons for flagging.
- Identify patterns in inappropriate or non-compliant ads.
- Work closely with the moderation team to document best practices for handling flagged content.
2. Provide Insights on Classified Ad Trends & Engagement
πΉ Analyze Ad Trends:
- Identify emerging categories in classified ads (e.g., increasing demand in specific service listings).
- Detect and report unusual spikes in ad postings that may indicate fraudulent activity.
- Track seasonal variations in ad posting behavior.
πΉ Engagement Metrics:
- Measure user interactions, such as the number of ad views, clicks, and inquiries.
- Track ad engagement rates over time to assess effectiveness.
- Identify poorly performing ad categories and suggest improvements.

- Collect and document feedback from users regarding classified ads.

- Ensure all ads comply with SayProβs security and content policies.
- Maintain a record of policy violations and repeated offenders.
- Report cases of fraudulent activity to the SayPro Classified Security and Data Protection Management Team.
πΉ Data Protection & Classified Ad Security Reports:
- Generate security reports on classified ad compliance.
- Identify potential threats related to data leaks or unauthorized content sharing.
- Document all security incidents related to classified ads.
πΉ Compliance Documentation & Record-Keeping:
- Maintain a detailed record of all classified ad moderation activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of all actions taken to secure classified data.
- Support compliance audits by providing necessary reports and data logs.
4. Collaborate with Teams for Process Improvement
πΉ Work with Moderation & Security Teams:
- Collaborate with the ad moderation team to refine content approval processes.
- Share insights on flagged ads and moderation trends to improve decision-making.
πΉ Report to Management:
- Present findings and key trends to the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR leadership team.
- Provide recommendations for policy changes based on report insights.
πΉ Improve Documentation Practices:
- Maintain an updated repository of classified ad moderation policies and best practices.
- Assist in training materials and guidelines for new moderation policies.
