Role Overview

Participants in the SayPro Classified Program play a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness of classified ad searches and filters. Their responsibilities include tracking search and filter performance, analyzing data trends, identifying issues, and recommending improvements. These efforts ensure users have a seamless experience while browsing classified ads.

This role is aligned with the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 and SayPro Quarterly Classified Ad Filters and Search Management, overseen by the SayPro Classified Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.


Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Tracking and Analysis

Participants must continuously monitor the effectiveness of search and filter functionalities on the SayPro Classified platform. This includes tracking how users interact with search tools and how well filters refine results.

Tasks:

  • Collect data on user searches, filter usage, and ad relevance.
  • Monitor search trends, identifying high-traffic keywords and categories.
  • Detect inefficiencies in search algorithms or filters.
  • Analyze bounce rates and search abandonment rates to assess user satisfaction.

Expected Outcome:

  • Well-documented insights on user search behavior and effectiveness of filters.
  • Early identification of search-related issues before they impact user experience.

2. Providing Monthly Performance Reports

A key task is compiling monthly performance reports detailing search and filter efficiency. These reports should highlight key trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement.

Tasks:

  • Prepare Monthly Performance Reports in alignment with SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5.
  • Summarize significant search patterns and filter usage trends.
  • Identify technical or user-related issues affecting search accuracy.
  • Provide recommendations for improving search performance.
