Objective: To develop and optimize a comprehensive set of filters that enhance the user experience, allowing users to quickly narrow their search and find relevant listings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and Analysis of User Search Behavior
- Conduct research on common search patterns and user behaviors within the SayPro classified section.
- Analyze data from SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 reports to identify the most frequently used filters.
- Review SayPro Quarterly Classified Ad Filters and Search Management insights to determine gaps in the current filtering system.
- Gather feedback from users regarding challenges faced when searching for listings.
2. Design and Development of Filtering Options
