The Classified Ad Expiration Tracking Specialist is responsible for monitoring and tracking classified ads posted on the SayPro website to ensure their timely expiration and removal. This role involves regular reviews of ad timelines, user notifications regarding ad expirations, and coordination with the SayPro Classified Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR. The goal is to maintain an organized, up-to-date, and high-quality classified section that enhances user experience and adheres to SayPro’s content policies.


Key Responsibilities

1. Monitoring and Tracking Classified Ad Expiration

  • Regularly track and review classified ad postings on the SayPro platform.
  • Use automated and manual tools to identify ads nearing expiration.
  • Maintain a structured schedule to ensure timely monitoring and avoid expired ads remaining on the platform.
  • Verify ad posting dates and expiration settings to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 and SayPro Quarterly Classified Ad Expiration and Removal Management teams.

2. User Notification and Engagement

  • Notify ad owners via email, SMS, or system-generated alerts when their ads are nearing expiration.
  • Provide users with options to renew, edit, or delete their ads before they expire.
  • Answer user inquiries related to ad expiration timelines and renewal processes.
  • Encourage users to repost or update their listings if necessary.

3. Expiration Policy Enforcement

  • Ensure all expired ads are removed in compliance with SayPro’s classified content policies.
  • Identify and report ads that violate SayPro’s expiration guidelines.
  • Work with the moderation team to enforce expiration rules and prevent outdated content.
