Key Responsibilities:
1. Ad Placement Optimization
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of location data for all ads placed in the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5.
- Identify trends in user engagement and conversion rates related to different geographic locations.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to create detailed reports that showcase the effectiveness of ad placements by location.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations on improving ad placements, optimizing ad reach, and enhancing user targeting by geographical segments.
- Location-Based Performance Tracking:
- Monitor ad performance metrics for ads placed in different locations to assess their effectiveness. This includes click-through rates, views, user interactions, and conversions.
- Perform ongoing assessments of ad performance trends, and create comparative analysis for location-specific ad campaigns, highlighting both high-performing and underperforming areas.
- Work with the marketing and strategy teams to identify location-based market trends and shifts that could impact ad performance.
- Optimizing Future Ad Campaigns:
- Suggest improvements for future ad campaigns based on findings from the analysis, focusing on geographical areas where performance could be enhanced.
- Recommend new locations or demographic segments to target, based on user behavior and market conditions.
- Develop a set of best practices and strategic guidelines for future location-based ad placements to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
2. SayPro Monthly Classified Custom Locations:
- Location Customization Implementation:
- Assist in managing the feature that allows users to specify custom locations for their ads, ensuring that the system is properly configured to accommodate user input.
- Test and troubleshoot any issues related to custom location inputs for ads, ensuring that they display correctly across the platform.
- Ensure smooth integration of the custom location feature with the overall ad placement system and ensure that users’ custom location choices are accurately reflected in ad visibility.
- User Education & Support:
- Provide guidance and support to users regarding the functionality of the custom location feature, including how to best leverage it for their specific ad needs.
- Create user-friendly documentation and tutorials explaining how users can effectively select and customize ad locations.
- Respond to user inquiries related to custom location placement, troubleshooting issues and escalating more complex problems as needed.
3. Collaboration with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR:
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the SayPro Marketing and Royalty SCMR teams to ensure the alignment of ad placement strategies with the overall marketing goals for the month.
- Work closely with the SayPro Marketing team to integrate ad optimization strategies into broader marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular updates to the team on the performance of custom location ads and suggest refinements to enhance marketing efforts.
- Strategy Development & Execution:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the SayPro Marketing team to develop creative ad placement strategies that leverage the unique features of the custom location system.
- Help refine the marketing roadmap by offering location-specific insights that could lead to better-targeted ad campaigns for SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5.
- Ensure that the marketing campaigns align with the goals set under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
4. Performance Review and Reporting:
- Ad Placement Reporting:
- Regularly update performance reports and dashboards for SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5, showcasing key metrics, trends, and the impact of custom location ad placements.
- Track ad success and failure points and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ad placement, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of ad placement tools, marketing analytics, and geographic targeting.
- Proven experience with data analysis tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, etc.).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with location-based ad targeting and optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Working Environment:
- Full-time position at SayPro Classified Office, working closely with the SayPro Marketing and Royalty SCMR teams.
