SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 SayPro Monthly Monthly Classified Location Detection: Use geolocation to autodetect user location for localized ads by SayPro Classified Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR
Objective: The purpose of this role is to continuously optimize the SayPro Classified system to ensure the highest accuracy and relevance in ad targeting, focusing specifically on localized ads by leveraging geolocation technology. This will enhance the overall user experience, ensuring that users receive ads most relevant to their location.
Location: SayPro Classified Office, under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR, as part of the monthly January SCMR-5 report cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Targeting Optimization:
- Regularly assess and optimize ad targeting algorithms to increase relevance for users based on their behaviors, preferences, and location.
- Implement machine learning techniques and user data to refine the accuracy of the targeting system.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align targeted ads with the business goals, ensuring that they reflect user interests and demographic data.
- Geolocation Integration for Ad Localization:
- Collaborate with technical teams to fine-tune geolocation capabilities, ensuring that user locations are accurately detected via geolocation services.
- Test and optimize the process of automatically detecting a userโs location and displaying localized classified ads based on that data.
- Develop protocols to refine and optimize geolocation accuracy, especially in areas where precision may vary (e.g., rural locations or areas with poor GPS signals).
- Ad Relevance and Accuracy Testing:
- Perform regular A/B testing and user experience testing to ensure that localized ad displays meet user expectations.
- Work on continuous optimization of the system based on user feedback, usage patterns, and performance analytics.
- Implement error detection systems that can flag inaccurate ad targeting or location mismatches and ensure swift fixes.
- Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor ad targeting performance regularly through analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of localized ads.
- Prepare monthly reports on ad relevance, geolocation performance, and system improvements to be included in the SCMR-5 report.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve future ad targeting strategies, focusing on increasing user engagement and satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with other teams, including product, design, and engineering, to continuously enhance ad targeting features, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to tailor ad content for maximum relevance based on user demographics and geolocation.
- User-Centric Enhancements:
- Proactively identify areas for improving user experience by optimizing the location-based ad delivery system.
- Continuously assess the user interface to ensure that users are easily presented with relevant, localized ads based on their geographical preferences.
- Address user feedback promptly, ensuring improvements are user-centric and aligned with company objectives.
- Performance Metrics and KPIs:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for ad targeting accuracy and localization performance, such as engagement rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate the success of location-targeted ads and make adjustments as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in ad targeting optimization, particularly in digital advertising and geolocation technologies.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data analytics tools for ad targeting and geolocation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with geolocation technologies and tools such as IP-based geolocation, GPS, or Wi-Fi-based location detection.
- Familiarity with ad management platforms and tools, as well as data analysis software (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau).
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing systems and improving user experience.
- Ability to interpret data trends and adjust strategies to improve ad relevance and targeting accuracy.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear reporting and collaborate effectively across departments.

Reporting:
- This position reports to the Head of Classified Marketing and the Technical Optimization Lead. Regular collaboration with the SayPro Marketing Royalty team is essential to ensure alignment with broader strategic objectives.
