Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Ad Placement Optimization Specialist for the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 project to collaborate with the SayPro marketing team. This role will focus on enhancing ad placement strategies and ensuring that advertisements placed in custom locations are optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and performance. The position is key in facilitating the effective placement of ads within custom locations across the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 platform, specifically within the SayPro Monthly Monthly Classified Custom Locations section. The goal is to allow users to specify these custom locations and ensure that their ads are visible and performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Placement Strategy Collaboration:
- Work closely with the SayPro marketing team to create effective ad placement strategies for SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5.
- Ensure ads placed in custom locations are optimized for target audience reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Develop guidelines for selecting optimal ad placements based on user needs, ad types, and geographical targeting.
- Custom Location Management:
- Oversee the integration of custom ad locations within the SayPro Monthly platform. Ensure users can easily specify their preferred ad placements in customized sections of the classified ads platform.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth functionality of the custom location feature within SayPro Classifieds, under the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR guidelines.
- Data-Driven Ad Optimization:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure ad performance in custom locations.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad placements and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Continuously adjust strategies based on performance metrics and user feedback to optimize ad visibility and engagement.
- User Experience Enhancement:
- Ensure that the ad placement process is seamless for users, allowing them to easily specify their desired locations for maximum exposure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges faced by users when selecting custom ad locations.
- Work with the customer support team to ensure high user satisfaction with ad placement features.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Regularly update the marketing team on the progress of ad placement optimization and custom location utilization.
- Provide clear and concise reports on ad performance, insights, and any areas of improvement.

- Training and Support:
- Provide guidance and support to users on how to optimize their ad placements for better reach and visibility.
- Offer training to internal teams regarding the best practices for managing ads in custom locations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor practices to continuously improve ad placement strategies.
- Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to the custom location feature to further improve user experience and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ad placement, or a similar role.
- Experience with online classifieds platforms or custom ad location management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of ad placement strategies, digital marketing principles, and online engagement tactics.
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track and optimize ad performance.
