Overview:

The Data Collection and Integration Analyst is responsible for gathering and integrating user interaction data from a variety of sources to generate actionable insights for SayPro Classified’s marketing strategies and overall business operations. This role involves the collection, organization, and analysis of user behavior data across platforms, including website analytics, ad platforms, and user surveys. The key focus will be on understanding user engagement and behavior patterns, contributing to improved marketing tactics and operational efficiencies.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection:
    • Gather user interaction data from multiple sources, such as:
      • Website Analytics: Use tools such as Google Analytics, SayPro’s proprietary analytics platform, or others to track website traffic, user flows, and conversion rates.
      • Ad Platforms: Collect and monitor data from various ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) regarding user clicks, impressions, and engagement with classified ads.
      • User Surveys: Collect survey data from classified ad users through web forms, email campaigns, or other feedback mechanisms designed to understand user preferences, satisfaction, and pain points.
      • Third-Party Data Sources: Integrate relevant external data such as industry trends or demographic reports to enrich internal datasets.
  2. Data Integration and Cleaning:
    • Aggregate data from diverse sources into a centralized database or data warehouse to ensure ease of access and analysis.
    • Clean and process raw data by identifying and resolving discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors, ensuring high-quality datasets for analysis.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms to support decision-making processes.
  3. Data Analysis:
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior and engagement metrics based on collected data:
      • Analyze trends in user visits, interaction times, click-through rates (CTR), and other performance indicators from various marketing campaigns and classified ad platforms.
      • Evaluate the effectiveness of different ad placements, promotions, and user-generated content in driving user engagement.
      • Assess demographic information to segment users and identify high-value user profiles.
    • Provide actionable insights to enhance the user experience and optimize marketing strategies.
  4. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing team to provide monthly reports based on SayPro’s SCMR-5 framework, focusing on the key metrics of SayPro Monthly Classified User Insights.
    • Deliver insights to the Marketing Manager regarding trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in classified ad campaigns, particularly focusing on the impact of user behavior on engagement.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards to visualize user behavior and engagement, making it easy for stakeholders to understand and act on the data.
  5. Strategy Support:
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to support ongoing marketing initiatives with insights from user behavior data.
    • Assist in developing recommendations for improving user engagement, reducing bounce rates, and increasing conversion rates for classified ads.
    • Provide data-driven support for targeting high-value users and crafting personalized ad experiences for increased engagement.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data collection tools and analytics methods to ensure that SayPro remains competitive in leveraging user data.
    • Continuously refine data collection processes to improve the accuracy and depth of insights provided to marketing teams.
    • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new data collection tools or platforms to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, preferably within a digital marketing or classified ads environment.
    • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Typeform).
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data integration tools is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in large datasets.
    • Proficiency in data processing and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages for data extraction.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and product teams.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Performance Metrics:

  1. Data Quality and Accuracy: Ability to maintain accurate, consistent, and clean datasets.
  2. Insights and Impact: Quality and impact of insights provided, measured by the improvements in user engagement and ad campaign performance.
  3. Timeliness of Reporting: Ability to deliver reports on time as part of the monthly SCMR-5 cycle, contributing to the overall SayPro Monthly Classified User Insights report.
  4. Collaboration Effectiveness: Successful collaboration with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR and other internal teams to achieve data-driven marketing goals.

Work Environment:

  • The position will be office-based with occasional flexibility for remote work, depending on team requirements and company policies.
  • The role will require the use of data analysis software, CRM tools, and marketing platforms, all of which are accessible via secure cloud systems.

By effectively gathering and analyzing user interaction data, the Data Collection and Integration Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing SayPro’s marketing strategies, improving user engagement, and driving business growth.
