Job Overview:

The Data Collection and Integration Specialist is responsible for managing and integrating data from various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, SayPro’s internal data tools, and other third-party platforms, to provide comprehensive insights into user behavior. This role is pivotal in supporting the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5, which includes the SayPro Monthly Classified User Insights report. The position will analyze user behavior and engagement metrics specific to the SayPro Classified Office, ensuring that all marketing and product strategies are driven by data-backed decisions and real-time insights.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Integration:

  • Integrate Analytics Tools: Collect and consolidate data from multiple analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, SayPro’s internal data tools, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing platforms, ensuring seamless integration for a unified view of user interactions.
  • Centralized Data Repository: Maintain a centralized data repository that stores raw and processed data from multiple sources to enable efficient data retrieval and analysis.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy: Validate and clean data for consistency, completeness, and accuracy before analysis. Troubleshoot any data discrepancies between different tools and platforms.

2. User Behavior and Engagement Analysis:

  • Analyze User Behavior: Use integrated data to analyze user behavior patterns, engagement metrics, and conversion paths. Identify trends, key touchpoints, and bottlenecks within the user journey on SayPro Classified Office platforms.
  • Engagement Metrics: Analyze engagement metrics such as page views, time on site, bounce rate, conversion rates, and interaction rates with classified ads. Provide insights on user engagement levels and suggest actionable strategies for improving user experience.
  • Custom Dashboards: Develop and manage custom dashboards to monitor user behavior and engagement metrics in real time, allowing stakeholders to access actionable insights quickly.

3. Reporting and Insights:

  • SayPro Monthly SCMR-5 Reporting: Contribute to the SayPro Monthly Classified User Insights Report by gathering relevant data and interpreting key user engagement and behavior trends. Provide detailed insights into how users interact with the SayPro Classified platform, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Based on the analysis of collected data, provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts, user experience, and overall platform performance.
  • Regular Reporting: Create monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on user behavior and engagement metrics. Present findings in clear, concise formats, including charts, graphs, and visual representations, for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, digital marketing, and user behavior analysis to ensure SayPro is utilizing the most effective tools and techniques.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, etc.) are a plus.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics and other digital analytics platforms.
  • Experience with data integration and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.) is a plus.
