Job Purpose:

The Engagement Metrics Analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and evaluating user feedback and interactions with classified ads on the SayPro platform. The role focuses on gathering insights into user interest and satisfaction levels to determine the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and overall user engagement. This role plays a critical part in optimizing the user experience, refining marketing strategies, and enhancing the effectiveness of classified ads through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Feedback Tracking:
    • Monitor and collect user feedback across various channels, including surveys, direct interactions, and comments.
    • Categorize feedback to identify key trends and patterns related to user satisfaction, challenges, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to analyze common user concerns or issues with the classified ads.
  2. Interaction Tracking:
    • Track and record interactions with classified ads, including clicks, impressions, time spent, and actions taken (e.g., ad submissions, purchases, shares).
    • Utilize engagement tools and software to compile engagement data in real-time.
    • Analyze ad views and interaction metrics to determine which ad categories or types resonate most with users.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics from the SayPro Classified Office platform using advanced analytics tools and techniques.
    • Prepare monthly reports on engagement metrics, user behavior, and satisfaction levels, highlighting significant trends and insights.
    • Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to optimize ad performance, improve user satisfaction, and increase engagement.
  4. User Interest Evaluation:
    • Evaluate the level of user interest in various ad types, categories, and specific promotions.
    • Identify areas where user interest can be enhanced by adjusting ad targeting, content, or design.
    • Measure the effectiveness of different ad formats (e.g., text, images, videos) and suggest improvements based on user interaction data.
  5. Collaborative Marketing Insights:
    • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to integrate user engagement insights into broader marketing strategies.
    • Assist in refining user targeting strategies based on the engagement data to increase the relevancy and impact of ad campaigns.
    • Provide feedback on ad campaign performance to marketing teams, ensuring that insights are continuously used to improve ad content and targeting.
  6. User Satisfaction and Retention:
    • Monitor trends in user satisfaction, including repeat interactions, return visits, and retention rates.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve user engagement and retention, such as optimizing ad placements, adjusting pricing strategies, or enhancing the ad submission process.
    • Suggest personalized ad features or services based on the satisfaction metrics derived from user feedback and interactions.
  7. Technology and Tools Utilization:
    • Utilize SayPro’s engagement and analytics tools to track and assess user interactions.
    • Continuously learn and implement new tracking methodologies to ensure the most up-to-date and effective analysis of user behavior.
    • Ensure that all user interaction and feedback data is properly stored, secured, and managed for future analysis.
  8. Training and Development:
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends in engagement tracking, user experience analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
    • Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance analytical skills, including using new tools and techniques for better engagement analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, user engagement tracking, or data analytics.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms).
    • Strong ability to interpret and present data in a clear, actionable format.
    • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing and presenting reports.
    • Knowledge of user feedback tools and techniques (e.g., surveys, polls, feedback forms).

Key Metrics and Deliverables:

  • Monthly reports detailing user engagement trends and insights on classified ads, with a focus on user interest and satisfaction.
  • Recommendations for improving user engagement based on tracking and evaluation of ad interactions.
  • Close collaboration with the SayPro Marketing team to ensure insights are integrated into ongoing campaigns.
