Position Title: Classified Ads Strategy and Insights Analyst

Department: SayPro Marketing and Classified Office

Reporting to: SayPro Marketing Director / Classified Ads Manager

Position Overview:

As a Classified Ads Strategy and Insights Analyst, the employee will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing user behavior and engagement metrics within the classified ads section of the SayPro platform. This includes leveraging data gathered from the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 and SayPro Monthly Classified User Insights reports to provide actionable recommendations and strategy adjustments to optimize the user experience and engagement. The employee will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to implement these strategies, focusing on driving engagement, increasing user retention, and enhancing overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Insights Generation:
    • Analyze the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 and SayPro Monthly Classified User Insights reports to understand user behavior, including trends in views, clicks, conversions, and other relevant metrics in the classified ads section.
    • Identify patterns and anomalies in user engagement to determine areas of improvement or potential growth.
    • Perform cohort analysis to assess engagement over time, focusing on user retention, repeat visits, and ad interaction.
    • Compare monthly performance data with historical data to measure the impact of past strategy changes.
  2. Recommendations for Optimizing User Engagement:
    • Provide actionable insights on how to improve user engagement within the classified ads section.
    • Recommend adjustments to ad placement, layout, content, and navigation to improve user experience.
    • Suggest improvements to the ad submission process to reduce friction and increase conversion rates (e.g., making the submission form easier or more intuitive).
    • Propose targeted content strategies based on user preferences and trending categories to increase visibility and relevance of classified ads.
    • Recommend enhancements for mobile users, ensuring the mobile experience is optimized for classified ad browsing and submission.
  3. Segmentation and Personalization:
    • Based on the data analysis, propose strategies for personalizing the user experience in the classified section (e.g., personalized ad recommendations, geo-targeted ads, etc.).

    • Suggest improvements to existing marketing and ad campaign strategies based on data analysis, ensuring that ads are reaching the right audience and achieving optimal performance.
    • Recommend budget adjustments for paid campaigns based on classified ad performance, ROI, and conversion rates.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop A/B testing strategies for classified ads (e.g., testing different headlines, ad copy, and visuals) to determine what resonates best with users.

  5. Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Create clear and actionable reports to present findings to senior management, detailing insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
    • Participate in strategy meetings with key stakeholders to align objectives and KPIs with the classified ads section’s goals.
  6. Continuous Monitoring and Feedback Loop:
    • Monitor ongoing performance metrics in real time to assess the effectiveness of the implemented strategies.

    • Adjust recommendations as needed based on evolving user preferences, engagement trends, or market conditions.
  7. Competitor Benchmarking:
