Position Title: SayPro Classified Marketing Strategy Analyst
Department: SayPro Classified Office
Reports To: SayPro Marketing Director
Location: Remote or On-site at SayPro Headquarters

Overview: The SayPro Classified Marketing Strategy Analyst will work closely with the SayPro Classified Office to enhance the effectiveness of our classified ad platform. This role involves analyzing data derived from SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 and implementing targeted adjustments to improve ad placement, layout, and user targeting. You will be responsible for working within the parameters of the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR, applying insights to boost engagement, streamline user experience, and increase overall user satisfaction with the classified ad platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis & Insights Interpretation:
    • Analyze the user behavior and engagement metrics from SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5, which includes key performance indicators such as click-through rates (CTR), time spent on ads, bounce rates, and conversion rates.
    • Leverage the data to identify patterns, trends, and pain points in the ad placement, layout, and overall user engagement.
    • Work with the SayPro Marketing Team to translate raw data into actionable recommendations that will impact ad performance and user satisfaction.
  2. Recommendations for Ad Placement & Layout Optimization:
    • Based on user insights from the analysis, propose changes in ad placement to ensure high visibility and relevance to users.
    • Recommend adjustments to ad layout to improve aesthetics, functionality, and the ease of ad discovery by users.
    • Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement these layout changes, ensuring they are both visually appealing and functional.
    • Test ad placement variations to determine the most effective configurations for maximizing user interaction.
  3. User Targeting Strategy Adjustments:
    • Refine user targeting strategies based on engagement metrics, segmenting users based on factors such as demographics, browsing history, purchase behavior, and geographic location.
    • Propose new targeting methods or campaigns to better reach key user segments and improve user acquisition and retention.
    • Implement tracking and A/B testing on various targeting strategies to continuously optimize user outreach.
  4. Strategy Implementation and Monitoring:
    • Work with the SayPro Classified Office and SayPro Marketing to implement approved strategy changes across all relevant platforms, ensuring seamless integration of new ad placements, layouts, and targeting methods.
    • Monitor post-implementation performance, tracking key metrics to assess the effectiveness of the strategy changes.
    • Provide ongoing reports to the SayPro Marketing Team, including insights into the effectiveness of changes and suggestions for further optimization.
  5. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
    • Partner with Product, Design, Development, and Data Science teams to ensure that ad layout and placement changes align with the broader platform goals.
    • Coordinate with the Customer Support and Sales teams to gather user feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Work with the marketing team to ensure that any changes align with the overall brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed documentation of the recommendations, strategy adjustments, and results from SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 analysis.
    • Create regular reports that highlight the performance of implemented changes, providing transparency and insights to upper management.
    • Regularly update the SayPro Classified Office on the status of ongoing projects and results from targeted adjustments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a marketing strategy or analytics role, with a focus on digital ad platforms, user behavior analysis, and user engagement optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, data analysis tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar), A/B testing platforms, CRM software, and ad placement tools.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify issues within user engagement metrics and devise effective strategies for resolution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights in an understandable and actionable manner.
  • Project Management: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and managing stakeholder expectations.
