Job Overview:

The Report Generation Analyst will be responsible for compiling data findings into actionable reports with detailed insights and recommendations aimed at improving user experience and engagement. This role involves analyzing user behavior and engagement metrics gathered through the SayPro Classified platform, specifically focusing on SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 (SayPro Monthly Classified User Insights) and SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR. The individual will work closely with various stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and analytics teams, to ensure the data is correctly interpreted and reported to inform business strategy and decisions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection & Analysis:
    • Collect and consolidate data from the SayPro Classified platform to analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and trends.
    • Review SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 to analyze user insights from SayPro’s classified offices, with an emphasis on user interactions and trends within the classified sections.
    • Use SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR as a reference point for tracking the performance and impact of marketing efforts and royalty programs.
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all data sources are accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive.
  2. Report Generation & Compilation:
    • Compile data into structured, comprehensive reports that outline key findings, performance indicators, and trends, including but not limited to user engagement, demographic preferences, and activity patterns.
    • Develop monthly reports on user insights that align with the SayPro Monthly SCMR format to facilitate internal decision-making processes.
    • Ensure that reports provide a clear narrative supported by the data, highlighting areas of success as well as opportunities for improvement.
    • Design user-friendly visuals (charts, graphs, and tables) to make reports digestible and actionable for all stakeholders.
  3. Insightful Recommendations:
    • Provide actionable insights based on the data findings to improve the user experience within the SayPro Classified platform.
    • Suggest marketing, product, and content optimizations based on user behavior analysis to increase engagement and retention.
    • Recommend adjustments in user journey mapping and interaction flows to enhance user satisfaction and address any identified friction points.
    • Identify trends in user preferences that could inform future marketing campaigns or product feature development.
  4. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Present key findings, reports, and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and executive management.
    • Maintain a consistent flow of communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on the objectives and deliverables tied to user insights reports.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that user insights are incorporated into their campaign planning and execution strategies.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Feedback Loop:
    • Monitor the performance of changes or optimizations implemented based on previous reports.
    • Collect feedback from stakeholders on the impact of recommendations and continuously improve reporting methodology.
    • Participate in regular feedback sessions with key stakeholders to ensure reports are meeting business needs and evolving with new requirements.
  6. Tool and Platform Utilization:
    • Use analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, or others) to track and visualize user engagement and behavior data effectively.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging tools and trends to enhance report quality and data presentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, report generation, or a similar role.
    • Proven experience in analyzing user behavior and engagement metrics, ideally within a digital marketing or e-commerce platform.
    • Familiarity with classified ad platforms or similar industry experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Ability to work with large datasets and databases to extract actionable insights.
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts) for data manipulation and visualization.
    • Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
    • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or marketing automation tools is beneficial.

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format.

    • Positive feedback from cross-functional teams regarding the clarity and usefulness of reports and recommendations.
  4. User Engagement Improvements:
    • Quantitative improvements in user engagement metrics following the implementation of insights and recommendations (e.g., increased interaction, longer session times, reduced churn).

Working Conditions:

  • Work Environment:
    • Primarily remote, but may require occasional in-office attendance for team meetings or special events.
  • Travel:
    • Minimal travel required, mainly for team-building events or important presentations.

This role is integral to enhancing the user experience across SayPro’s platforms by ensuring that all decisions are backed by robust data analysis. The Report Generation Analyst will play a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives that increase user satisfaction and engagement.
