Position Title: Report Generation Specialist
Department: SayPro Classified Office / SayPro Marketing Royalty Team
Reports To: SayPro Marketing Royalty Manager
Location: Remote / Office-Based (Specify Location)


Job Overview:

The Report Generation Specialist will be responsible for providing key monthly reports to the SayPro Classified Office and the SayPro Marketing Royalty team. The reports will focus on the analysis of user behavior and engagement metrics for the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5, specifically regarding the SayPro Monthly Classified User Insights. The role requires expertise in data analysis, the ability to track user interactions, and proficiency in reporting tools to offer valuable insights that drive decision-making processes for the marketing and classified teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monthly Report Preparation
    • Generate comprehensive monthly reports based on data from the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5, specifically focusing on user insights related to the classified platform.
    • Work closely with the SayPro Classified Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty teams to identify key metrics and KPIs relevant to the report.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that insights align with ongoing marketing strategies and objectives.
  2. Data Collection and Analysis
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data on user behavior, engagement, and interaction within the SayPro Classified platform.
    • Monitor and report on trends, anomalies, and patterns in user activity, ensuring the reports are accurate and data-driven.
    • Use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, internal analytics platforms, or other reporting software) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to classified ads, user sign-ups, and ad engagement.
  3. Report Writing and Presentation
    • Create clear, concise, and actionable reports with visualizations (charts, graphs, tables) to help stakeholders understand the insights.
    • Provide in-depth analysis and summaries, highlighting significant insights such as user engagement rates, the performance of specific ad categories, and the effectiveness of any marketing initiatives.
    • Present findings to the SayPro Classified Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty team in a format that supports strategic decision-making.
  4. Collaboration and Communication
    • Regularly meet with the SayPro Marketing Royalty team to review report findings and discuss any adjustments needed in future data collection or reporting processes.
    • Act as a liaison between the SayPro Classified Office and Marketing Royalty teams to ensure that all reports meet the necessary standards and deliver relevant insights.
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  5. Recommendations and Actionable Insights
    • Provide recommendations for improving user engagement and behavior on the platform based on data findings.
    • Assist in the identification of opportunities to optimize classified ad strategies, user acquisition, and retention tactics.
    • Suggest adjustments or changes to marketing strategies based on the findings of monthly reports.
  6. Continual Improvement
    • Proactively identify areas for improving data collection processes and reporting techniques to enhance the quality and efficiency of monthly reports.
    • Stay updated with trends in analytics, user behavior research, and reporting tools to ensure the reports remain relevant and accurate.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in report generation, data analysis, or marketing analytics.
    • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
    • Experience in the classified ad industry or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with advanced knowledge of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other data manipulation tools.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
    • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and user engagement metrics.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in report generation.
