Job Objective:
The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all URLs within the SayPro classified ads platform are accessible by both search engines and users. This includes optimizing URL structure to ensure they are clean, descriptive, and easy to read. The specialist will work to eliminate long, complex URLs with unnecessary parameters and ensure each URL is SEO-friendly, thereby improving both user experience and search engine ranking.
Key Responsibilities:
- URL Accessibility Optimization:
- Ensure URL Accessibility for Search Engines: Work with the SEO team to ensure URLs are designed in a way that search engine bots can easily crawl and index classified ad listings.
- Ensure URL Accessibility for Users: Make sure that URLs are simple and intuitive for users to read and navigate. This includes ensuring URLs are not too long, contain unnecessary parameters, or are difficult to understand.
- Test and Monitor URLs: Regularly test URLs for accessibility, checking for broken links, redirect errors, and performance issues that could hinder search engines or users from accessing classified ads.
- URL Structure Development:
- Create Clean and Descriptive URLs: Develop and maintain a URL structure that uses clear and relevant keywords that describe the content of the classified ads, making it easier for users and search engines to understand the content and context.
- Optimize for SEO: Work closely with the SEO team to ensure URLs are optimized for keywords, easy to index, and follow best practices for SEO.

- Educational Requirements:

- Experience:
